Chapter 12: A perfect Dream

Issy's POV

We ended up watching picking another movie from my collection after playing truth or dare for 3 hours. I picked the movie Here Comes the Boom. Halfway through the movie I fell asleep on Gordon's shoulder. It is now 8:00 am and it's tuesday, of course, a school day. 

I slowly open my eyes to the tv. on and Gordon, softly snoring. I lay still with my nose in the crick of his neck which is so warm and comforting as I feel a soft hand around my waist. I then sit up trying my best not to wake him. So I guess I'm not going to school today. I look around the living room to see Emilia and Bodie cuddling on the smaller couch, Miss Aubrey on the larger couch, looking like dead snow white, (not literally looking like her, just laying down) . Angel leaning against the big couch by aubrey's feet, Mo curled in a ball by the tv. but no Glitch. I suddenly jerk up and gasp. Luckily Gordon is still asleep , leaning against the coffee table. I then feel a sharp pain in my back. I guess that was from the way I was sleeping. I slowly check the house for Glitch, my room, the guest rooms, my parents room, the basement, the kitchen, the bathrooms, He's no where. I go outside and check the barn. Nope. Backyard, Nope. Up the street, Nope. Hes no where. I then feel a panic beginning to rise, when the last place came to mind. School. I shuddered at the feeling. I quickly flew up the stairs and threw some dark jeans, red high-top converse, a purple t-shirt, and a gray sweatshirt. I brushed my hair into a quick ponytail and ran out the door. Luckily , everyone was still asleep. 

(Time skip to School..... Oh jeez)

I burst through the door of my school only to see no one in the hallways. I looked at the time, 9:02am . Great. I'm already late. Well, I kinda had to see that coming. I remembered my schedule (Chapter 9). UGH! Math. You know, math might be my best subject but sometimes i just don't like it. I go to my locker and grab my textbooks and write a fake not with a really neat signature on it, that is forged of course. I quietly creek the door open to see Glitch sitting in the back of the classroom actually working? I hand Ms. Peaches my note and sit back with Glitch.

"Where were you this morning?" I say in a harsh whisper. 

"I woke up on time and made it to school like I was supposed to. " He whispered back.

"Well you could've at least left me a note or something. You nearly scared me to death!"

"Well I thought you didn't worry about me since you were with your stupid boyfriend you slept all over last night. " He looked down, I got the feeling he was hurt. 

"Tell me more in Science. " I whispered as Ms. Peaches handed me today's worksheet. I flew through it while Glitch was struggling. 

"Here, you divide x by the change in y first, then you take that solution and convert it into a coordinate point and then graph the point. See, simple." Glitch gave me a What the heck look. I just laughed and gave him my notes as he finished in the last 5 minutes of class. We exited the class into the next one. My teacher sent me to my study hall room and Glitch came with me. I went into the room with Glitch trailing behind me as i close the door.

"Hey, I'm sorry okay?" I start.

"What? No. You shouldn't be sorry. Wait why?"He asked me confused while I slouched on a bean bag chair. 

" For not paying not enough attention to you. I can seriously relate and it gets lonely. I hate it. I'm sorry ."

"Oh that. Well can't just say no to a sorry. Forgiven. " I nodded my head and stood up. I walked over to my piano because this song just started in my head. I began some chords harmonizing with each other. It then began a song. 

Of course I didn't sing that good but apparently good enough because I didn't really remember he was there,and Glitch came up to me and said, 

"Issy, that was beautiful." I blushed and looked away and got my bangs in my face. He gently lifted my chin so I could look into his eyes. His emerald, almond-shaped, adorable, cute, gorgeous....... Wait, omg. I just realized, I like Glitch. I think he noticed my gaze because I then came back to earth when I heard snapping in my face. I lightly shake my head and look back into Glitch's eyes. 

"You okay shawty?" He chuckled. He had his arm around my waist and our nose were touching. He moved my bangs out of my face and my blush was growing. I took a deep breath in before he leaned in. I closed my eyes, but nothing happened. I opened my eyes to Glitch staring at me. 

"You okay wit it shawty? I don't wanna overstep my boundries." He smirked. 

"Shut up, and kiss me. " He then smacked his lips onto mine. It was so awesome. I had my first kiss with Charlie, but his didn't compare to anything like this. Glitch released his soft lips from mine a few seconds later. 

"I didn't want to ruin any other kisses we will have in the future. " I nodded my head  as he smiled at me. I smiled back, I felt like I was floating on air.  I felt like I was in a dream. This can't be real. I have to wake up! WAKE UP! WAKE UP! WAKE UP!

I then see a flash of white light as everything goes slow-mo back into my house. I am then on my living room floor as everything goes dark.
