Luke's POV

Sophie ran off to her room before I had a chance to give her something.. Something that I think could help her get better.

I ran up the stairs with this little something in my hands and knocked quietly on her door, just in case she was asleep but she was the opposite. She was wide awake with tears streaming down her face, a blade in her hands. There was blood coming through the white All Time Low T-shirt she was wearing. 

"I guess I couldn't keep your promise, after all.." She cried.

"Sophie, why? Why did you do this?" I asked. "I take it this isn't the first time you've hurt yourself, is it?"

"I'm sorry.."

"Don't apologise. Stop apologising, please!" I picked her up and carried her to the bathroom where there were bandages and cream. She winced as I put her down but I thought nothing of it, there were bigger things to deal with right now. "Let's get you cleaned up, yeah?"

"I can do it, I've had a lot of practise. I'll be fine, just wait in my room for me.. Okay?"

"Sure, love.." I wonder what's truly making her do this, what the root of it all is.

She slowly walked out of the bathroom and came across to me. I'd changed the bed sheets into a Fall Out Boy cover and patted the space next to me. She came over to the bed, still in her clothes, and climbed under the covers. I lay next to her and watched her bury her head into my neck. She looked so.. So broken and that hurt me. 

After a while, Sophie had fallen asleep so I tried to climb out of her bed. I felt a hand grab my arm; I turned around to seena tired Sophie pulling me back. 

"Don't leave me, please.." She whispered.

I looked over at the clock to see it was 6:45am. I had to get up in a few hours for practice but I couldn't leave her.

"I won't, I'll never leave you." 

"I love you, Lukey.."

"I love you too, baby girl."

I love her more than she will ever know, but she doesn't love herself and that really upsets me....
