Sophie's POV

Calum and I were in the waiting room at the doctors. My appointment wasn't until 12:45pm but I'd scheduled one for Calum at 12:30pm, he just didn't know it.

I'd become worried about him since his breakdown. He has been skipping meals and spending a lot of time in his room. Whenever I see him, he always has dried tear tracks down his face and his eyes are no longer big and brown but lifeless and empty.

"Calum Hood." Dr. Fields called, snapping me and him out of our thoughts.
"Uh, me?" Calum questioned.
"I was worried about you so I booked you an appointment with Dr. Fields. I'm sorry for going behind your back. I can come in with you, if you'd like?" I offered.
"Thanks, I'd appreciate it." He mumbled before walking into the room.

Luke's POV
Once Calum and Sophie had left for Sophie's check up, I took the opportunity to talk to Ashton about the kiss.

"Ash, I need to talk to you."
"What's wrong? Are you okay?" He rushed in, panicking. "Do you need your medication again?"
"No, Ash. I'm fine, or at least I will be if you just sit down. We have to talk about something." I motioned to the empty space next to me, he came over and sat down cautiously. "Before I went into the hospital, we kissed. I admit that I liked it and I'm not sure how I feel about you but we have to think of Sophie here, okay?" I blurted out.
"She's my number one priority here. If she gets hurt, I will never forgive myself." He replied.
"What I'm trying to say is that we need to put this behind us for now and figure things out."
"Okay." He said.
"Okay."
