I take a deep breath, stretching my arms and sighing afterwards. My eyes open slowly, squinted from the light. "Morning, beautiful." Tobias' quiet words soothe me, a smile crossing my face. He lays next to me, his arm across my chest, lightly holding me. His soft lips press on my cheekbone, kissing it multiple times, making his way to my lips. I giggle a bit, wrapping my arm around his neck, and enjoying this moment. Olivia will come jumping up and down in our room any second, so I might as well relax right now. His hand slides down and holds me by the waist firmly. Him brushing his lips against mine makes me impatient, so I lift my head forward, finally connecting our lips, flames rushing inside me. I smile through the kiss, holding onto his shoulder.
That's my definition of starting a perfect day.
These mornings, are the mornings that leave me asking "how could I do it without him?". Looking back at the dark times back in LA, where Tobias and I didn't communicate, were the hardest times. Before I met Tobias, not so much, because I was used to being alone. Used to having my own trust, used to dealing with everything on my own, used to forcing myself to keep all the paint inside rather than to trust someone. I am grateful for him. I am grateful I met him. Everything about him makes me happier, and makes me love him more every time. I can't imagine a life without him. We've changed so much together, and Im proud of where we stand. Nothing on earth can stop us from loving each other. Nothing can pull us apart.
His hand lays on my tummy, and he starts moving his fingers, tickling me. I giggle through the kiss, and then pull back. "Stop!" I demand laughing and making body movements I have no control of. Tickling has always been my soft part, my breaking point. I push his hands away, trying to catch my breath. My throat starts to tighten and hurt from all the laughing. He finally stops, though my laughs still continue. He pulls me close, laying next to me again and caging me into his strong, large arms. "I hate you" I say giggling and he chuckles.
"You love me." He corrects and I roll my eyes playfully. And he's right. I do. I feel his warm breaths against my hair while he strokes it calmly.
"How long have you been up?" I ask lifting my head up, my nose finding his and brushing.
"A few hours" he says and I furrow my eyebrows, opening my eyes.
"Why didn't you get up?" I ask, his hand resting on the back of my neck, rubbing my jaw with his thumb.
"I promised I'd never get out of bed without you waking up" he says, a slight smile on his face as he stares at me.
"Then, why didn't you wake me?" I ask. He shrugs, pulling me closer.
"There was no reason to do so" he replies, pressing my head next to his chest, his hands moving down to my lower back. I smile. I love it when he does these little cute things. He makes me feel so special and loved. "Olivia wants to be a Girl Scout." He states, changing the topic. "I did some search last night, and there will be a camp held for Girl Scouts. The girls will learn all about the woods, and obviously cookie baking. The camp is for a few days, and they said supervision will be great."
"Really? That's a great idea." I say, looking up at him.
"The camp will start tomorrow, so we have to hurry up and make her stuff ready. I took a screenshot of all the things she needs to pack" he says and I nod, sitting up.
"We should start packing her stuff up" I say smiling slightly and he nods. "I'll make breakfast first. You wake Olivia up" I add, throwing the covers away and swinging my legs off the bed and stand up.A/N
