Sometimes,I really start hating the fact that I am a girl and that is during my period.And guess what,today is one of those freaking bloody days of the month when I am so much in pain that I almost forget that i can be happy.
"Umma!!!"I cried as I rolled over my couch,hungry as always and the mood swings taking over the better side of me.
And that's when I remember that my parents were out for a business trip.Great.Just great.
My stomach ached even harder.I cluched it tightly.
It was definitely difficult to keep calm or not panic during my period.I actually sometimes start acting like an animal.
"Oh god!"I exclaimed,resting my head on the head rest of the sofa.
I really think that the odds are not in my favor today.There are no chocolates at home.No junk food.My phone battery is dead and above all ,my boyfriend hasn't called me for a week now.
I miss him a lot of course but I know he's busy.He is a trainee at SM entertainment so I don't see him often but that not at all means that we're not strong.Our relationship has been stronger than any of my previous ones and I know that it's gonna last forever.
The telephone suddenly rang and I lazily picked it up.
"Hello?"
"Jagiya.....How are you?"An always cheerful Chen asked.I forget all my pains and worries as soon as I heard his voice.My angel has always had this effect of me.
"Chennnnniiiieeee....."I cried ,my voice sounding awfully high-pitched.
"What's wrong,Mochi ,sweetie?"His worried voice said.
"I am on my period,gosh! I was about to die if you hadn't called!"I exclaimed,smiling.
I heard him chuckle."looks like something really is wrong but you know what,I have a surprise for you,Just open your front door."He said.
I didn't really understand what he said but I obeyed him.
Opening the door,I almost jumped because of excitement when I saw Chen standing there with a paper bag in his hand.
He smiled,his cheekbones rising.
"Chen!"I immediately hugged him with all my strength.
He giggled and hugged me back.I missed his arms around me so much,I wonder if he even had the time to think about me,He looked so weak,I think he barely had time to sleep.
"I missed you"He said,breaking the hug and getting inside.
"Me too"I said .
We sat on the sofa in front of our television and he started to take out something from the paper bag.
"What's that?"I asked.
"Promise me you would give me a kiss after this?"He asked back.
I blushed but nodded my head.
"I have..."he put the extra large ice-cream tub on the table "you're favorite ice cream here!"
I shrieked and immediately kissed him on his cheek.
"I LOVE YOU,CHEN"I shrieked again.
"Me too,Mochi"He said,putting some ice cream in two bowls.
After that we spend the evening eating ice-cream(like we almost finished the whole tub) and watching a stupid movie and talking.He talked about his new friends at SM and his trainers.He said that he was doing well in singing but not that much in dance.Oh!I know that he can dance amazingly.He said he was close to a guy called D.O already.I was so happy for him.
And in turn,I told him about my college and studies and friends.I complained about my chemistry teacher and he laughed the whole time.I also told him about a guy trying to hit on me and he almost killed him mentally.
It felt great to be with him again after so long.I missed him so much that I couldn't stop telling him about my everydays.
But of course,I was a human and soon I got tried of eating ice cream and talking so,I rested my head on his shoulder as he wrapped him arms around me,ready to sleep.
He smelt of strawberries and soon that smell made my eye lids heavier but just before I drifted off,I heard him say something.
"Rest well,sweet heart"...I felt him stroke my hair.
Sometimes,I really start loving the fact that I am a girl and that is during my period.And guess what,today is one of those amazing ice cream days of my period hell when I get so much pampered by Chen that I almost forget that it's supposed to be an awful day.
