Chanyeol's POV
It's all over for me and Blaire.All over.She was cheating.Cheating on me with some other guy....And it fucking hurts to even think about it....I thought that maybe,after a long wait,I've finally find the one but NO! I was wrong.I feel abandoned and cheated and betrayed but there's only one person who won't ever let me feel like this.
I walked and walked until I finally reached my best friend's place.
I ran to the entrance and rang his doorbell.
"Oh!Chanyeol,its you.Come in. "his girlfriend greeted me."Baekhyun,Chanyeol is here!"She yelled to Baekhyun who was probably upstairs.
I smiled at her and got in,impatiently waiting for Baekhyun to come out.I played with my fingers,a sign that shows i'm really in need of him.
"He'll be here in a minute.He is in the washroom."His girlfriend said, sitting beside me.
I smiled at her but a person who has known me for a quite a long time,for instance ,her,they'll know that it was a fake one.
"What's wrong,Chanyeol?"She cooed.
I felt tears welling up.I cleared my throat.
"Blaire again?"She asked.
"It's over,"I said,making it straight and clear "For real?"
I simply nodded.I heard her sigh.
"Hey,Yeol.Sup,man?"i heard Baekhyun's voice now.
My head turned towards him.
His girlfriend ran to him and whispered something to him.
"Um..guys,I'll be in my room .You guys..uh..talk."she said,leaving us in the living room.
Baekhyun dropped himself on the sofa ,looking at me with sad eyes.
"Spill it out ."he said.
I rubbed my hands together and opened my mouth to tell him about me and Blaire but only a heartbreaking sob escaped my lips.
I covered my mouth with my hand and began sobbing like a kid who just got hurt.
I felt Baekhyun hugging me from the side.
He is the kind of person to tell to cry it all out rather than asking you to stop crying,my best friend that is.It is never like I need to tell him that I am in pain,he'll somehow always know it.He might act like a stupid,senseless,chatter box at all times but this is the side of him that you rarely see.The side that cares for others more than himself.
He patted my back as I sobbed into my hands.I felt relieved and a little bit better.I lifted up my head to look at him.He smiled,ruffling my hair.
"I personally never liked her."he said,trying to lift up my spirits.
"me neither."I added,rubbing my tears.
He giggled and as a matter of fact,I did too.Being with my best friend is always the best.He can lift up my moods in a split second.
"Do you think that I'll be able to forget her soon?"I asked.
He smiled at me."I don't know about forgetting.But move on,I think you'll do that sooner than expected."
I smiled back and hugged him tightly.I might be sad because of Blaire but I was happy to have an amazing friend/brother like him.And no Blaire in this world could replace him.
