The rest of the day went quite fast. Red slept for the rest of the day and gained back his strength, while Zelda commanded the squads in exercise training. Every once in a while, Zelda would poke her head in Red's room to check out what was going on. As Red slept, he experienced a countless number of nightmares. But these nightmares...they were good nightmares. Red had the time to practice his majic in his dreams. Red found ways he could channel his energy better and practiced ideas of ways he could control his anger more effectively.

When Red got up at 9:00 the next day he found a box on his nightstand. Red sat up and yawned and stretched and looked out his window. It was a beautiful day. Sun shining, birds chirping, trees swaying. Red noticed the box and then scooted over on his bed towards it. Red yawned again, then grabbed the box and put it in his lap. On it was labeled "RED" in goopy ink writing. Link opened the box and there he found a suit. A red suit. He took it out and put the box next to him.
Holding the suit up, he realized it was a Kokori outfit. But it was Red. He then laughed, Red remembered why they called him red. He loved the color red, and when Link was saving Hyrule from the dark horse, they all wore the same Kokori outfits, but in different colors. Link wore green, Blue wore blue, and Chuck wore Purple.
Red laughed at the irony. He was once again going to fight for Hyrule in the same outfit he wore when he went fishing with Blue, who had beat him in every competition. Red looked back on the past, every time Red was on his first fish, Blue was already stringing up his fourth. Red was going to cry if he kept remembering. He had to stop remembering. Somehow he had to get his mind off of the past. Red looked back at the outfit. He grabbed the pants and put it on. He then grabbed the undershirt and put it on. Along with the top shirt and the belt and the minish cap. Just then Brenda burst into the room, panting like a dog. "What in the hell is going on?" Red asked, "a visitor is asking for you!" She said looking at Red, still panting.

Red and Brenda ran through the Hyrule square and up to the wall where they saw them. An army of Stalchilds sat before the walls along with an angry frontier of knights (these knights were identical to the ones at Dodongo Cavern) and the same knight that beat Red up was in the front holding a katana looking sword.
In front of the Cheif gaurd were four hostages. Link. Blue. Pacman. Chuck. Red choked on a laugh, they were alive! Yes. They were alive. But for how long?
