Prologue

What's that light? It's hurting my eyes. The party just ended, why are they waking me up already? Mom's bracelet is now hugging my arms. The rose quartz is faintly glowing.

"Mom?"What's she doing? What's that chant?

I walked into the balcony outside my room and saw my mom floating, a glowing light surrounding her. Then suddenly she falls on the marble floor. I barely catch her and she smiles at me, her skin wrinkling slowly.  "Oh no. Mom what's happening?"

"Ssshh..." she responded. "I'll be in peace now, my child. You are now protected and all grown up, I'm happy with that. Live a long and happy life, okay?" she weakly told me."No, mom. I can't lose you. I only have you." there's this weird feeling tugging in my chest--sadness is what my mom called it.

"Promise me that you'll enjoy your life forever. Never forget to have fun and never forget to fall in love, it's the best emotion there is...never elude itâ¦" she's slowly fading away."Momâ¦" I don't want her to die."I love you my child, you're the greatest part of my existence." and with that, there was a strong wind that surrounded us, it made me close my eyes and when I opened them once more, she was gone.

    "No! Mom!!!"

    Then I woke up.
