Dan Howell nervously checked his teeth in his phone camera. He adjusted his fringe one more time, then fiddled with his sleeves a little more, just to make sure they wouldn't hike up.

Today, Dan Howell was going to meet Phil Lester, and he couldn't help but be ridiculously excited but horrendously terrified at the same time.

He'd just stepped off the train, and was now at the central station in London. Here he was, readying himself by doing one final check. He looked at his phone again for the time.

2:00 PM. Phil was going to be here in 5 minutes, and Dan felt himself shaking slightly. This was all such a mind boggling experience for him. He really hoped it'd go well.

Especially since him and Phil we're going on a date. A date! Phil planned to take him out tomorrow for it, tonight they planned to just hang out, for Dan to unpack and prepare for the week ahead.

Dan had accepted his feelings for Phil awhile ago, and he couldn't help but feel elated that Phil liked him back. No, not like, love. But maybe Phil didn't love him yet? Maybe he used the term 'love' because of the heat of the moment? Either way, Dan knew Phil liked him in some special way, and just the very thought of that excited him greatly.

He looked around for Phil. Where is he? Dan thought, eyes darting around from person to person, face to face. When he still couldn't find him, he just decided to message him.

VenusPhil: ALLLMOST THERE WJAAIAIS

saturndan: okay so what should i look out for

VenusPhil: A giant purple glittery sign that says "Dan Howell get your ass over here."

saturndan: u didnt

VenusPhil: I did.

saturndan: welp it was fun being herE bYe pHiL

VenusPhil: DAN NO!!

VenusPhil: Excuse me for an extra moment while I dispose of a sign?

saturndan: ok hurry up you've been excused

VenusPhil: oK oK, but in the meantime, walk around and look for me, okay? I'm gonna disconnect.

saturndan: okokok sEE YOU RLY SOON AHJ DJJXXJ

VenusPhil: AGAHAHJAS

saturndan: oK oK seE yOu

saturndan has disconnected from chat.

Dan slid his phone into his pocket and walked around once more, eyes searching for a specific boy with raven hair and sky eyes.

It got to the point where Dan had been walking around for 10 minutes, and was starting to get anxious. Where was he?

Dan was about to take out his phone once more, but then he felt a strong pair of arms wrap around his waist, and lift him up.

He let out a squeal of surprise, then felt himself being spun around in that someone's arms. As soon as they put him down, he turned around quickly, and was met with the pretty blue eyes he had been looking for.

Dan was grinning ear to ear as he opened up his arms, and  fell into Phil's chest. He smelt of raspberries, and he was warm.

So warm.

They stood like that for awhile. Just enveloped in each other's arms, snuggling, standing still as everyone else around them rushed by.

The world around them was so busy, everyone always having places to go, people to see, while Dan and Phil had already found their own place.

They finally broke apart, but Dan smiled when Phil still lightly held onto his hand. They stared at each other a few seconds more before Phil finally spoke, a pleasant little crooked smile on his face.

"Hi, SaturnDan."

Dan smiled at him, a big, full blown toothy grin before replying.

"Hi, VenusPhil."
