Shane's P.O.V

When i woke up i looked over my shoulder and i saw Joey crying.

Shane: Joey, you ok?

Joey: *sniffle* Shane, your up? I-i thought you were asleep. Im im fine

Shane: Joey

Joey: Im fine, really

I flipped to the side where Joey was and i hugged him.

Shane: Joey, wanna go to the movies?

Joey: Alright

We got up and fixed our hair. He changed first, i didnt because i fell asleep in my street clothes. So i walked him to Satsuki and he drove. When we got there, i saw the bullies.

Shane: We need to go home.

Joey: Why? I thought we were gonna watch a movie

Shane: We was now lets go before i start a fight

Joey: What?

Shane: Go home Joey before-

I got cut off to knocking on the glass. It was the bullies.....

Lead bully: Hi, remember me? Oh, and prettyboy is here too. Hey everybody!! Prettyboy is with the fag!!

I got out the car. Joey tried to hold me back but i didnt care.

Joey: Dont go

Shane: I dont care if i get beat up. Its for you

Joey: Shane!!

I closed the car door

Shane: What do you want from us?

Lead bully: Fag, i dont need to explain.

He kept poking me. So i pushed him

Lead bully: Bad choice of moves

He pushed me to the floor and started punching me repeatedly. I blocked a punch and he punched the concrete floor, which caused him to bleed a little. His little buddys helped him beat me up and i didnt care. This abuse reminded me of my childhood with the bullies in my school and my dad. Tears started forming in my eyes, because now i cant move. Then, after they finished, he spit on me.

Lead bully: Touch me again, and itll be worst

I was on the floor. My nose felt broken, my eye was bleeding, my lip was swollen, and the rest of my body i couldnt feel. I can hear Joey crying from inside the car. It was for him. He tried to stop me, but i went anyway. I love him.

Joeys P.O.V

Shane just took a beating for me. He shouldnt have. I was crying so much. So i ran out the car and i can finally see how much he got beat up. His whole face is bloody.

Joey: Shane!!

Shane: J-joey

Joey: You need help up?

Shane: I cant feel anything

Joey: Ok, c'mon baby

I helped him to the car and i drove home

Joey: Im sorry, this is my fault.

Shane: No Joey, im sorry. This is my fault. If i didnt touch him, we would of been in the movies.

Joey: Can i take you to the hosptal?

Shane: Please

I drove to the hospital and took him in. The check-in girl had orannge hair with eyes to match. She looked up at us.

Girl: Joey? I havent seen you in years how have you been?

She knows me? Her nametag said Anna. Then i started thinking. Oh my god. Is it? It cant be.

Anna: You dont remember me do you?

Joey: Not really

Anna: *sigh* Lets get him into a room and ill explain

Joey: Ok

We got Shane a room and she sat down next to me.

Anna: We were best friends in 4 grade. Our teacher was fat and had 3 moles on her right cheek in a row. Her name was Ms.Mayfuline.

Joey: Oh my goodness gracianious. Anna Metz?!?!

Anna: I think you got the right Anna

Joey: Hi!! How have you been? I didnt know you moved here too!!

Anna: I did, and im fine. You?

Anna: You remember Haylee Calihan and Elizabeth Galioto right?

Anna: They are at my house

Joey: Omgeez can i go see them when we leave?
