I push my way out of Andrew's arm and push right past him to the gate. I was going to ignore him. If Penny saw I wasn't talking to him, maybe she'd see that I was trying and decide to forgive me. He catches up to me, as I'm walking.
"So is this how you thank everyone who helps you after fainting?" I keep walking.
"Ok. Fine you don't have to thank me. I was kidding." I pick up the pace but he keeps up with me.
He sighs, "What's wrong? I thought you were starting to like me?"
I almost say something to refuse the idea of liking him but stop myself and open the gate to the school.
"It's not everyday a girl tries to kiss you then completely ignores your existence."
I stop and turn around almost making him bump into me but he stops too.
"Ok. First of all you were the one who tried to kiss me. And Second I don't like you. I never did."
I turn around and continue walking but I'm not really sure where I'm going. I can't go to sit with Connor and Penny for breakfast and the bell hasn't rung yet so I can't really go to class. I keep walking, desperate to just get away from him.
"Well, you didn't exactly try to stop me.", he smirks, "I thought it was cause you liked me."
I sigh and start to gradually slow my pace, since I didn't know where I was going. I'd just have to wait for the bell.
"Can we go somewhere? To talk, I mean. I wanna ask you some questions."
Ugh. Why couldn't he just leave me alone.
"Why? You don't even know me. And I don't know you. Why are you so interested in me? Go bother some other girl."
He chuckles, "Cause you're not just any other girl. All those girls are boring. They fell for me as soon as I walked in the building without even getting to know me. You didn't do that though. I wanna get to know you." He stops in front of me.
"Go out with me."
