I stop dead in my tracks. Did he just ask me out? I sigh.
"No." Then I continue to walk. He stopped following me but when I turn to see if he was gone, he's just standing there. He has a confused expression on his face like he doesn't understand what I said. Did he hear me? Yeah. He definitely heard me. I turned and kept walking and, just then, the bell finally rings.
I head into class wishing for the day to end already. Second hour was boring. I wasn't really into history and all that stuff. As the day dredged on, I found myself fighting a headache. When the bell rang for fifth hour, my stomach dropped. I forgot that I sit by Andrew. I sighed as I made my way to fifth hour. My headache became worse with every step I took. My vision started blurring for the slightest second then stopped. My head was going to collapse from all this pressure. I felt like I had a bad leg cramp inside of my head if that's even a thing.
I finally reached the class and saw that Andrew was already in his seat; the one right next to mine. I could see Penny in her usual front of the class spot. I reluctantly made my way to my desk and dropped my bag next to my chair. The sound of the bag's impact with the floor made my head hurt even worse. I looked up at Andrew from the other side of my desk and he was staring at me. Like he was really staring at me almost as if he was expecting me to read his mind or something. I think he tried to say something but I couldn't hear. In fact, I couldn't really hear the classroom talking anymore.
My vision kept going in and out of focus as I strained to see what he was trying to say. All of a sudden, I feel a cold moisture under my left nostril. I wipe it with my hand and look only to see that it was blood. Next thing I knew, I felt the same thing with my ears and when I checked, they were bleeding too. My vision stops going in and out of focus and, instead, goes completely blurry. My head hits the desk and the last thing I see is Andrew rushing over to me and yelling something out towards the front of the class. I can't take it any longer and I black out.
