Poem 39

I wish I was pretty, so the mirror won't crack,

When the word "ugly" is said, it can't be taken back.

If I was pretty, I won't be afraid to go outside,

I said I was perfectly fine, but I totally lied.

I just want to look like the normal girls,

With pale skin, shinning eyes, and short curls.

I wish I were pretty, at least for one day,

But that will never happen, not in any way.

Just thinking about it, makes want to cry,

So why not end this hell, give up, and die.

This world is meaningless, there's another one waiting,

Someone please help me, I'm literally fading.

But no one can hear me out, I'm just so alone,

I am nothing, but a shallow stone.
