Poem 51

My pen, and my book, my two best friends,

I can write all day, everyday, before this world ends.

Writing is a weapon, it's a great one too,

Other's say it's boring, but I don't think that's true.

Writing allows you, to talk from the inside,

Writing allows you, to write that you've cried.

Reading, leads you to a whole new door,

Reading will make you, want to read more.

It will make you, want to see what happens next,

You can forget about reading, nonsense from texts.

Think about this, a world with nothing but books,

Where no one thinks, about you'r looks.

They just give you a book, and tell you to read,

I can read forever, until my eyes start to bleed.

Writing and reading, are two of my favorite things to do,

It's really fun, you should try it too.
