Poem 53

Slowly falling apart, was a family that fought,

"This is where I belong" is what I always thought.

But things started changing, and everything fell apart,

Everything was falling, and no one had a heart.

It all happened so quickly, that I didn't even know,

Everyone was wearing scars, that they didn't want to show.

Everything was turned around, and we went out sepreate ways,

I thought it would only last, for a couple of days.

It can't be like this forever, or we'll all feel guilt,

Unless we put together that family, that we built.

Things need to change, to the way they were in the past,

I think it would be too much, if I just had asked.

All we need, is just a little break,

Because I don't know how much of this, I can take.
