Chapter 21

Gabe's POV (finally😂)

"Stop. Please."

I opened my eyes to see the clock.

5:47

We've only been sleeping for about three hours?

I sighed before closing my eyes.

"No! Please!"

I rolled over to see Lily sweating like crazy. And her eyebrows were furrowed together. And her breathing was irregular.

"No!"

"Lily?" I asked.

"No! It hurts!"

"Lily!"

"Stop! It hurts!"

She then let out a yell that her my ears pretty bad.

I barely set a hand on her stomach before she sat up and started panting.

"Lily oh my god. Are you okay?" I asked.

"I'm fine. Just hold me. Please."

I did as told and she curled up into my chest.

She then started crying.

"Lily. What happened?"

"Nothing. I-I don't wanna talk about it." She said before she started trembling.

I didn't wanna pressure her into anything, so I just left it alone.

She then sighed before sitting up and getting off the bed.

"Wait where are you going?"

"I'm gonna take a shower." She replied as she wrapped her arms around her self.

"But it's almost six in the morning?"

She shrugged before shutting the bathroom and a few moments later, I heard the shower start running.

I closed my eyes as I tried to figure out what happened with Lily.

I then heard a phone vibrate. I looked over at he phone that made the noise and saw that it was Helene.

From: Helene
Are you awake? I really me ed to talk to you.

I ignored the test and then laid back down.

I heard the shower turn off and I looked over at the door.

I just kept looking at it. I guess I was just waiting for Lily to come out.

I then noticed something. It's been about fifteen minutes since the shower stopped, and Lily hasn't come out yet.

And Lily didn't take any clothes or anything in the bathroom with her.

I pushed it out of my mind and closed my eyes again.

"Gabe?"

I sat up and saw Lily in a bra and underwear. And her face was red.

"Yes?" I asked with concern in my eyes.

"I love you."

"I love you too." I said before opening my arms as she came and cuddled into me.

"Get some sleep. And if anything happens, I'm right here." I reassured.

She nodded before she finally fell asleep after a few minutes.
