With a civil war dividing the Avengers. Rey and Bucky discover they have a lot in common and begin to get very close. They are each other's weaknesses and it begins to show when they get sloppy with their work.

"That's a good thing." Tony said. "When I found out what my weapons were doing to people, I stopped making them."
"You chose to do that. We sign this we surrender our right to choose. That's why I enlisted. Why I spent seventy years in the ice- so people have he freedom to choose. What if the panel send us somewhere we don't want to go? What if there's somewhere we need to go and they won't let us?." Steve paused and looked around the room at all of us.
"I'm not saying we're perfect, but, the safest hands out still our own."

"Steve, listen, if we don't all sign, it will just be done to us later."
Steve checked his phone, then stood up and took one last look at us before leaving. "Now look what you did!" I said to Tony.
"He needs to get with the times! We can't keep living like this, people see us as a threat." Tony shouted.
"How long are you going to keep playing both sides?" Sam sassed Tony because he can't make up his mind.

"Listen, this doesn't sound like such a bad thing." Natasha said and my jaw dropped.
"I'm sorry for I mishear you or did you agree with me?" Tony asked Natasha. "Oh, I wanna take it back."
How could they just give up everything we've fought for? After all the years we've been a team, they just throw it away in an instant.
Rhodes walked over to the table and signed the accords, then Vision. I looked at Wanda and Sam and they sighed and walked out. I also walked out of the room and found Steve at the bottom of the staircase with his eyes closed. "What's wrong, I know you would get this upset over the accords." I said and he showed me his phone, there was a text that read 'She's gone, died in her sleep' This was referring to Peggy, his first love.
I felt so bad. "I'm sorry Steve, I know how much she meant to you." I said and hugged him tightly, he hugged me back and lightly cried into my hair.
