Gabby's pov- A few days after Annabel's birthday, Matt walked up to me. "Hey, Gabby, can I talk to you?" "Yeah sure. Annabel, stay right here." "Okay Mommy."
I walked with Matt. "How do you feel about another kid?" "Matt I don't know if we are ready for another baby yet." "I'm not talking about a baby. Why don't we adopt a kid, who is older than Annabel?" I had to think about that for a few minutes. "You know what, that's a great idea! How are we going to tell Annabel that we are going to get another sibling?" "Let's tell her now!"
Matt and I walked back to where our 3 year old was. "Hi mommy! Hi daddy!" "Annabel, how would you feel about having a brother or sister?" Matt asked. "Baby?" Annabel asked and pointed to my belly. "No, not a baby, but someone older than you." "Yeah!" She got really excited.
The next day, we were off shift, so Antonio said her would babysit Annabel. Matt and I went to the orphanage. Once we arrived, we began our search. Soon, we found the perfect one.
