Matt's pov- Jackson has already been in school for 2 months! He's still enjoying it. I heard the kids running through the house. "Dad!" Jackson said. "Yes, Jackson?" "Can we get a dog? Me and Annabel like playing with Pouch, so why can't we have our own dog?" "I like that idea, but we will have to ask mom first." I picked up Annabel, and off we were to go see Gabby.
"Hey Gabby." I said walking into the bedroom with the kids. She was folding the laundry. "Hey Matt." "Mama!" She smiled at the kids. "So, Jackson has a question." "Shoot it at me, kiddo." "Can we please get a dog? Me and Annabel love Pouch at the firehouse, so why don't we get our own dog?" "Please mommy!" Gabby looked at me. "I'm okay with it if you are." She thought for a minute. "Okay. We'll get a dog." "Yay!!" Both the kids screamed.
We took the kids to pick their dog out. They chose a Golden Labrador Retriever puppy. They named her Molly. (Pictured above)
We took the kids and Molly home and they played with their new puppy. I love making sure my kids and Gabby are happy.
