The music world became crazy knowing that our collaboration was composed of engaged couples. Still, I felt jealous of Anna being engaged. Woah! Moving on was not as easy as it seemed, particularly when you see the couple everyday. It was not the way I thought earlier being with my man.

There was one time that Anna wanted me to help her prepare for the wedding. Yep. She got married before I did. I guessed it was because of too much love between the two of them while I still had reservations. Plus, we just had to finish a lot of matters for my first album.

So Anna told me in the studio a day before that she wanted me for help.

Flashback

"Hey Frida." Anna called me and I looked back. "Are you free tomorrow? I need some help with clothes and accessories for the day. I know you can be trusted in terms of fashion." I saw the excitement in her eyes.

"Oh...about that..." I paused, because it never came into my mind that I would be part of something important for my best friend/ crush. "Sure ... why not? I have nothing scheduled for tomorrow, anyway." It was nerve-wrecking and heartbreaking. I agreed to make her happy and bond with her for the last time as a bachelorette (at least for her).

She just smiled and replied: "Okay! Let's meet at ------- around 10 AM."

"Sure. I'll see you tomorrow." I gave her a faint smile.

"I can see you're tired after today. But I hope you'll be in your A-game with me shoppiglng tomorrow. Get enough rest best friend."

I did what she wanted me to do. It was not normal for me to sleep early that same night without being wild in bed with Benny. It also felt weird that the excitement was actually faint. I mean, I kept on telling myself that it was for everyone's happiness, but I had a feeling of someone or something important being taken away given this event. And I also kept thinking that I still had my Teddy Bear sleeping beside me, what could possibly go wrong? Truth be told, I cried a bit before falling asleep.

So the next morning felt like a typical morning. Waking up. Bathing. Beautifying. Having breakfast. Morning flirting before leaving. The truth is that I actually really asked Benny for a break in recording my album on that day. Yep. I really had something to do on that day, but I just gave time for my best friend's happiness. By the way, I told him the truth only about shopping not feelings.

Anna and I met at this place on time. We were just walking the opposite directions, and we met.

"Hey Frida!" She waved her hand, and she was just as bubbly as she was. I felt happy when I saw her happy and excited.

I walked to her as fast I could. I guess the excitement just came back, 'cause it was just she and I bonding for the day. Then I hugged her, "Hey Anna. Did you sleep well?"

"I'm supposed to be asking you that question." She let go, then we laughed. "Of course, I had a good sleep last night."

"I had a good long sleep last night. I am glad I didn't overslept." I gave her a grin after.

"No wonder you have that energy. You ready?" She held my arm, getting ready to pull me to the first store.

You are my energy, girl. "Of course, I am ready for this day. Where do we start?" I looked her in the eyes. They really are pretty.

Anna brought me to a number of boutiques. We actually had a hard time choosing the right dress, the right accessories. There were even times that we had different preferences. It was actually hard to qualify the phrase simple and elegant between us. We just had different definitions. Guess what, we had nothing. Haha!!!

After a lot of Is it okay, Fri? How about this? Yes. No., we just decided to take a break. We got tired, and we decided to in a café for a snack. Anna and I were sitting across each other, and I was mesmerized by her look. But when she lifted her cup to drink, I couldn't help but notice the ring on her finger. "Hey Frida? You okay? You've been staring at me. Is there something wrong with me?"

I snapped. "It's just fast, you know. You're getting married in a few weeks." I tried to look happy as possible. So I smiled at her, "I am just happy to see you happy."

Then I saw her face changed. She seemed to be wanting to ask a deep question. "Fri, I don't wanna offend you, but how was your wedding? Was it fun? Did anything odd happen? Were you nervous?..."

And she kept asking questions, she was beginning to babble. I reached and held her hand to stop her. "It was a wonderful moment -a day to celebrate how much you love that person. You just have to relax and look at your groom who fell for you, and who you're going to spend your lifetime with."

She gave me that confused look again. "Tell me more..." It seemed that she was nervous to enter the next stage.

"Here's the thing," I turned on the Big Sister switch in my head. "You love Björn, right? You've decided that he's Mr. RIGHT for you."

She nodded.

"Then what makes you feel nervous about this wedding?" I took a sip from my cup. "The next days after that wedding, I guess..."

"I am not sure if I'll be the perfect wife for him for the rest of our lives."

"You are Miss RIGHT for him." What was I saying? "You cannot be the perfect one, 'cause you're human. But... You can be the best for him. You may have flaws, but you two just have to compromise -which is something my previous marriage never had." She was slowly being relieved. "You're actually the best for the three of us. The best friend, best girlfriend, and the best and wonderful person one has ever met."

"Thank you Frida. I mean Big Sister." She laughed.

"That's what a best friend is for right? I mean a big-sister-like-best-friend. Haha!!!"

She smiled, and I told her: "That's the smile I've been looking for." That sounded awkward.

We paid our bills and went back to shop a little more. However, Anna had a hard time deciding on which dress or accessory. "I had a hard time Frida, but still I thank you for your advice. It actually helped. I think I already have my top three. You'll see on the day." She kissed me on the cheek and gave me a hug. "Take care Frida. I'm afraid we have to call this a day."

"Take care too Anna. I'll always be glad to help you anytime, for my best friend. Bye!"

"Bye!"

She and I had a long day. Despite the fact that it was a preparation for something I couldn't accept, but I am doing this for my best friend and my angel. It's her happiness that matters in the end. All for love, whether for friendship or romance.
