Meet My Disfunctional Bat Fam

Damian hated that he was introducing his VERY.. Peppy girlfriend to his.. Dark family. But there was no use arguing with Bruce and Iris. He was serious about Irey. He wasn't like Dick, Jason or Tim. He didn't date lots of girls. He had never really been emotionally attached to girl but Iris was the only one to ever get him to open up and get him to fall head over heels for her.

"When will Iris get here?"
"She will arrive any minute, father.. It will only be Iris, you and I, correct?"
"No. Dick, Tim, Jason, Stephanie and Cassandra will be joining us"
Damian almost choked on his own spit. It was bad enough that Bruce wanted to meet his girlfriend of two years but he wanted to scare her off with his siblings? Maybe this was Bruce's way of telling Damian to not date speedsters.

The doorbell rang and as Damian was about to open the door, Dick got to it first. Damian face palmed. Irey squealed and Dick gave her a bear hug.
"Uncle Dick!"
After their little meeting Irey walks in and Damian walks over to her. Making sure no one saw, Damian gave Irey a small peck on the lips. The Jason decided that was a good time to flirt with Cassandra and came flying down the stairs. Any normal person would land at the bottom with a broken neck but unfortunately Damian's family wasn't normal. Almost crashing on the bottom step Jason landed quickly and gracefully on his feet.

Jason turned to them and with a smirk said,
"I'm Jason nice to meet you. Ya got a smoke?"
Irey didn't even look at Jason weird. Instead she encased him in a big hug and Jason looked afraid. Tim, Steph and Cassandra then came in and enjoyed the meeting.

"Dinners ready"
They all went into the dining room and took their seats at the table. Bruce at the head of the table with Dick to his right and Damian to his left. Next to Dick was Steph and Tim. Beside Damian was Irey and Cassandra and Jason and at the far end of the table was Empty spot for the dead Wayne Buttler. The dinner went out and Iris took twice as much helpings as everyone else.

"Is your father alright with you spending the night?"
Bruce questioned. Irey talked with a mouthful of mashed potatoes.
"Nope. But mom talked him into it and said Damian should use protection"
Bruce soaked, Damian went bright red, Dick looked somewhat confused as well as Cassandra, Stephanie and Jason were on the floor laughing and poor Tim looked horrified. Poor, poor Tim.

"Yes well. There'll be none of that.."
"Damian said you guys are nuts and doesn't want any of you at the wedding"
Everyone gave Damian a glare but Bruce raised an eyebrow.
"Wedding? You're only seventeen"
Damian sinks deeper into his seat.
"Yes well, Iris and I needed to discuss our future.. Together"
"I see"
"Wait!" Jason called out. Everyone looked at him.
"Don't tell me you want to marry your first girlfriend?! There are so many hot chicks out there and you want to be tied down for the rest of your life?! It's been a repeated history that Robins date almost every super heroine within their age group.. And sometimes higher"
Irey looked at Damian with hurt in her eyes. Damian glared at them.
"This is exactly why I don't want to invite you morons to my wedding. Wanting to date different girls. Thinking its ok to have one night stands and putting villains before someone you love. Even my own father is a girl crazed lunatic! I'm in love with Iris. I want to spend my life with Iris. She has been my first everything. She IS my life"
Damian proudly takes Irey's hand in his and she whips away tears of joy.
Dick sniffles and claps.
"I support you little D!"
Stephanie nips Tim.
"Ow!"
"Why can't you treat me like that?!"
