due to tour and long distance, you decided it was best to break up with luke before he went on tour. you knew that you were only a distraction and getting time to talk to you would be extremely difficult, so you broke things off. he was heart broken to say the least as he watched you walk away at the airport, the tears streaming down your face as you heard muffled screams of your name. the boys (who had known that you were planning to break up with him) were forced to drag him onto the plane, his eyes screwed shut and his voice ripping through his throat. he refused to go, he didn't even get a proper goodbye, and he didn't want to spend any second of free time he had without you. of course you were sad, but you knew it was best and you powered through. you made your way home with tear stained cheeks and puffy eyes, the same as Luke's. Ashton forced him to fall asleep when they got onto the plane, his sniffles and splutters being drowned out by the airplane's noise. he needed you to go on, and nobody knew how he'd be able to perform on tour without you supporting him.
