college boy luke would be the shy and quiet kid who sat at the back of the class, silently working on his work. he had the best grades but nobody really payed attention to him, and to be honest, he didn't pay attention to anyone either. well, anyone but you. he always loved admiring the way you did things, whether it was how you laughed or how you did your hair that day. he never had the courage to speak to you until one day he showed up at your house, you of course wearing a lazy outfit because it was Saturday afternoon. his mouth parted as you opened the door, the sight of you completely breathtaking. you were confused as to why he was there, you had only said a couple of words to him that year. he would mutter a hi and stare at you, unable to create words. eventually he'd blurt out an "i'm so sorry for interrupting you this evening but i was wondering if you'd like to go out with me sometime?" and you'd just stand in shock, staring at the shy boy who never spoke in front of you. after a couple seconds of silence he'd wave his hands and shake his head saying how this was a horrible idea and you probably want nothing to do with him but you'd cut him off by saying that you'd love to and luke would just be so happy and he'd be smiling the whole way home because he just couldn't believe that he got the beautiful girl that sat in the front of the class
