I cuddled next to Ethan as I whisper in his ear. "Forever"
I stand up and walk into the bathroom, his stuff is neatly lined up by the mirror and I smile realizing that everything I was thinking is the truth, he has gotten more mature. Two years back everything would have been piled into a droor or laying all over the bathroom counter, but now he was 19, and mature.. Maturing.
"What ya doin' bab-" he cut himself off. "Ashley".
I smiled sighing. "What a bully" I laughed playfully punching his arm.
"What?" He asks laughing.
"Nothin' it's just cute" I say flirtingly walking into the kitchen.
"Ok... Babe?"
I smile giving him a (👌🏻) sigh.
He smiles, and for the first time in two years I see the small bit of happiness in his eyes, and it makes me smile along with him, I wanted to do this, to start a fresh page with Ethan, to open the next page of what I call forever.
