I ran into Eric.

He caught me just before I hit the ground.

"(f/n), are you okay?"

"I-I'm fine."

"No your not, you've been crying."

"I'm fine, Eric."

"(f/n), please tell me what's wrong."

"Carlos cheated on me with my enemy."

"What!? I thought you guys broke up?"

"Why would I break up with someone I loved!?"

"Do you love me?"

"As a friend, Eric... Right now, I need to be alone."

"I understand." He kisses my cheek and I walk back to my dorm alone.

I walk in, and I fall immediately asleep.

I wake up, and I go to school avoiding Carlos and Sarah. My plan backfires...

"Hey, (f/n)..." Sarah smiles and skips towards me.

"If you're trying to make me more miserable, mission accomplished."

"Oh, come on! Just accept the fact that Carlos loves me more than you because I'm prettier."

"No, I am not jealous, but I know you spelled him."

"No, it's called true love... You are jealous!"

"No, I am not..."

The speakers come on...

"(f/n) and Doug please come to the mistress's office."

I get up from my table, throw my stuff away, grab my bag, and leave...

"Hey, (f/n)."

"Oh, hey, Doug..."

"Uh, your eyes are red..."

"Side affect from the surgery."

"Oh, okay..." 

"So, how are you and Evie?"

"We're fine."

"Okay..."

We enter Mistress Godmother's office.

"Ah, there you are!"

"You wanted us?"

"Yes. You guys are being sent to the Isle..."

"WHAT!?" we both shout together.

"You guys are going to the Isle."

"Why...?"

"There's some Isle kids there we need you guys to find."

"Okay... Why us?"

"(f/n) because she knows the Isle have grown up there, and Doug because it seems you're the only person (f/n) trusts at this point.'

"That makes a little more sense."

"When do we leave?" Doug asks.

"This evening."

"Okay. I'll meet you guys here at 7 because that's when the villains go to sleep." I tell them.

"Okay. You guys can stay at whomever's you want according to (f/n)."
