Your POV:

~A few weeks later~

It was finally spring break!

I was spending it with Doug and my six uncles and Dad... It felt weird saying that. I never met, NIR think I had, a father... I thought it was just me and the Red Queen, or the Queen of execution.

Anyways, Jane was going with her mom as the rest if us... Except the Isle's... I'm not sure what they have planned...

I grabbed my bag and walked out to the limo that was taking us to the edge if Tue Forrest where a carriage type bus would take us to our dad's house...

Doug greeted me with a hug.

"Ready?"

"Yeah! This is going to be fun!"

"Yeah... There's a surprise halfway through the trip..." He smirks

"Doug, you know I hate surprises!"

"Exactly why I'm keeping it!"

"Fine... It better be good!"

I see Carlos, Evie, Mal, and Jay run our way. Carlos hugs me and I hug him. Evie and Doug hug and Mal and Jay stand by...

I release from my hug with Carlos and hug Mal and Jay.

I hug Evie last, and Doug puts our bags in the back.

"Have fun, you guys! See you real soon."

"Yeah! We are gonna check out the Pixie Forest Library!"

I groan.

"You're really going to make this vacation thing suck if you keep talking about studying."

He chuckles.

"I'm just kidding."

Evie whispers in my ear,"Have fun, and I found out he does math when he's stressed, so Good Luck and don't die!"

"Please. I had a better shot of dying on the Isle!"

"Ain't that the truth!" Doug agrees.

They all look at me.

"Carlos, he met your mom when we went to the Isle..."

"He went to the Isle!? Who's idea was that!?"

"Fairy Godmother or Ben..."

"How was it?"

"I was scared the whole time to be honest."

"Heh... Now you know our backgrounds. How does it feel?"

"I honestly show more sympathy now more than ever for you guys."

The car horn blares off continuously as if saying 'Let's go!'

"That's ous signal!" I kiss Carlos's cheek.

I jump in and we are soon on our way to the Pixie Forest borderline.

///

We finally arrived at Dad's home.

We walk in, and I see that he's making dinner.

We are at least twice his size.

We sat down at the small child- like table as he set the bowls down.

"How was your trip?"

"It was good."

"That's good to hear. I'm glad to hear that! How are your grades?"
