New Love (CDV x Reader)

A/N: Since this book reached 5k, I am doing a small extension of this story... *slightly evil smirk*

Your POV:

Three years. Carlos and I have been married for three years... and I couldn't love him more.

"Happy Anniversary, (f/n)." Carlos kisses me.

"Happy Anniversary, Carlos."

"Have you talked to Evie?"

"Yep. Had her kid this morning. Healthy baby boy."

"Heh... We should go visit her in the hospital."

"Yeah."

"How are you and the kid doing?"

I pat my pregnant stomach,"We're alright."

Carlos smiles and kisses my stomach.

I'm six months pregnant.

I hear a knock on the door of our two story house near Auradon Prep.

I open it to reveal my brother, Doug.

"Doug! How's the baby?" I ask.

"He's fine. Got my eyes and her hair. He even smiled at me."

"Aw. That's cute. Talked to Dad?"

"No. He doesn't even know that Evie was pregnant."

"Are you serious?"

"Yeah. I've been busy with the side- affects of pregnancy," he grimaces.

"Oh, I understand. You should at least talk to him, though. Funny though. We were about to come see Evie at the hospital..."

Carlos stands next to me and smiles.

"Ah, Carlos... Good to see you again. You look well."

"You to, Doug. It's been a while."

"Last time we saw each other was your wedding day."

"Remember it like it was three years ago..." He smiles.

"It was three years ago." I roll my eyes.

~Flashback~

I walked down the Isle in my wedding dress and veil. My father walked with me. He was silent the whole time.

"You've grown up to be someone. I couldn't be happier." He tells me before Carlos takes my right hand.

My bouquet was in my left hand all perfectly arranged.

I stood there looking at Carlos. Evie was my maid of honor. Mal, Audrey, and some of the cheer leading squad and Jane were my bridesmaids.

"You may now kiss the bride."

Carlos wasted no time. He kissed me as the crowd applauded.

We celebrated afterwards and made our way to our home. Honeymooning would cost too much this time of year and we both doesn't want to go.

Doug and Evie had gotten married nearly five months before. It was beautiful and took place at the gazebo next to the enchanted lake.

It was a beautiful reception. Mal was Evie's maid of honor and I was the first bridesmaid. Lonnie had run back to China to help her mom and dad.

~Flashback End~

"Hey, are you ready?" Carlos breathes kissing me.

"Yeah. Let's go see my sister- in- law!" I cheer.

"Careful!" Carlos tells me.

"I'll be fine! Don't worry about me."

He smiles, but you can still see the concern.
