Chapter 29

A/N: Should I do a different Carlos de vil book?

Your POV:

It's tea time.

We hop out of the carriage and head inside.

It's kind of packed. I mean, its like a lot of people, just in a really large room.

We sit and I couldn't be happier, but I am.

"(f/n), what do you want?"

"I'll take a (f/b) (Favorite berry) tea, please."

The lady takes our menus and goes to place the order. She comes back with croissants and other delicious pastries.

We eat and talk.

"So, what are you guys going to do after we graduate?" I ask.

Audrey looks at me,"I'm taking the crown of my kingdom."

Mal speaks,"I'm going to be an artist."

"Seamstress," Evie replies.

Lonnie replies,"Combat. Like my mom."

Jane replies sweetly,"Author."

They all look at me.

"Me? I front know what I'll be yet. I'm going to let fate guide me this time."

They all smile as we are served our drinks.

Mine tastes amazing!

We get back to school and I meet up with Carlos.

He kisses me and I hug him.

I nuzzle my head into his neck and let his warmth radiate me.

"I missed you and I'll never let anyone hurt you."

"I love you, Carlos."

"I love you to, (f/n)."

I woke up. It's graduation day. (😭)

I dressed nicely and curled my hair.

I applied lip gloss, mascara, and left myself without foundation.

I went out and seen Jane ready.

We walked down the hallway together and we came to the auditorium. We were directed to our seats.

More and more people entered. I was given a red cap and I put it on.

When the ceremony was over, I tossed my cap up with everybody else and went to find Carlos.

When he found me, he gawked for a few and then approached me.

"(f/n), um, can we, uh, talk somewhere?"

"Yeah. Sure. Let's go."

He grabs Audrey and nods to Doug.

WHAT'S GOING ON!?

We are led to a tree and Doug approaches us.

He hugs me before turning to Evie. I watch curiously as he bends down on one knee.

"Evie, will you make me the happiest person alive and marry me?"

"Yes!" She shouts and jumps on him so their faces are only inches.

My brother takes advantage of it and kisses her.

I turn to Carlos and see him down on one knee. That's when the tears flow.

"(f/n) Cards, will you marry me and become Mrs. De Vil?"

What to choose? I'm only 17 now and I don't know how to feel about this. I mean, there's no harm in marrying him, right?

"Yes, Carlos. I will marry you."

He comes up from his knee and hugs me before pulling me into a kiss.

The guys applaud each other and Evie and I show each other the rings.

"(f/n), do you realize what our marriages mean?" She asks.

"What?" I ask smiling.

"We're going to be sister in laws!"

"Oh Auradon! This is going to be awesome!"

We head back to the party and I am the youngest one there, but when I'm with my friends, there's no telling where we'll all end up... I wish this could last forever, but as Robert Frost once said, "Nothing Gold lasts forever."

Carlos walks over to me and hugs my waist leaning his head on my head.

"I love you, (f/n)."

"I love you to, Carlos."

A/N: Really short. Almost 600 words.

Now...
