Escaping from "jonas"

Meghan's POV:
I took the jacket off and layed it on the bed.
What do we do with it?
She says.
I don't know your asking the wrong person! I say.

Scarlett took the jacket and started searching it.
What are you doing? I ask.
I'm looking for money I need to pay my rent.
NO don't do that! I say trying to snatch it out her hands.
Meghan stop!
I get on the bed and tackle Scarlett on the bed,
GIVE ME THE DAMN JACKET!!
No! She says screaming

'Scarlett rolled off the
Bed and fell on the floor with the jacket in her hand.
Scarlett give me the jacket!
Why?
Cause you need to be careful there is a gun in that jacket.

She threw it and it missed the bed,
And every thing that was in the jacket fell out.

I got up and picked the jacket up.

There was so Much stuff in the pockets:
There was a
•gun
• 3 pocket knifes
•a blade
•bullets
•a ID
•and a taser!

I couldn't believe my eyes, I know Jonas is insane but DAMN!

So umm now what do we do?
I don't know?
'Charlie walked into the room.
What was all that noise? he said.
It was Scarlett, actually it was you to! She said.
I stick my tongue at her.

All of a sudden there is loud banging downstairs.
I look at Scarlett, she looks back at me.
I'll get it Charlie says.
No Charlie wait let me get it!
Oh ok he says well I'm going to go to the store real quick.
Umm ok.. I say
I kiss him goodbye and he walks out the back door.

I walk down the stairs, Scarlett follows behind.
I take a deep breath and I open the door.
It was Jonas...
I could feel my heart stop.
Do you have my jacket?
Um yea it's upstairs,
I open the door so he can come in.
He stops and looks at Scarlett, she was standing by the stairway looking scared as hell.

When did she get here?
He says whispering to me.
Actually she just got here a few minutes ago.

He walks upstairs and Scarlett follows behind me.

We three make it to the bedroom.
Where is it? He says.
It's by the side of the bed.
He picks it up.
Thanks he says.

Wait before you leave there's something we have to tell you. Well mainly Scarlett does.
Damn put me on the spot like that! Scarlett says.

'He sits on the bed..

Well umm.. When he was trying to kill Meg, I saw him from across the street so I ran over and I
Stabbed him in the back with a knife...

He looks at us both,
I was shaking so much.

He stands up.. And looks at Scarlett..
He picks her up by her waist and slams her against the wall.
I scream.

Meghan if you come any closer you will get hurt to.
I stands back a little...

He looks at Scarlett in the eyes,
Where's my brother?
I told you he's dead!

He pushes her into the dresser, she falls to the floor.
Jonas gets on top of her.
Im going to ask you one more time.
Where..is..my..brother?

He's dead.. She says sobbing.
Jonas starts to breathe heavy...his face gets red.
He grabs Scarlett by the neck and starts choking her.

I run over to them, I try to get him off of her but he slaps me across the face and I fall to the ground holding my cheek.
He continues to choke her,
WHERE IS MY FUCKING BROTHER? He says yelling.
Get off of her!!! I say screaming.
I get up and I reach into his pocket and I grab one of the pocket knifes.
I walk over and I stab him in the back of the neck with it.
He falls to the ground.
Scarlett starts gasping for air.
Scarlett!! Are you ok I say helping her up.
Yea I'm fine she says breathing heavy.

Jonas reaches behind his neck and pulls the knife out of his neck.
SCARLETT RUN! I say.

We both run out the room and run downstairs, I look back and I see him coming down the stairs.
The back door! I say to Scarlett.

She opens the back door and we run out the house.
We both run to the back gate, I open it..
Where do we go now Meghan? Scarlett says.
I know where to go follow me! I say...
