I was jolted out of my sleep when Jason walked in through the front door. I sat up and looked over at him and saw he was carrying two boxes of pizza. I rubbed my eyes and stretched,

"Dinners here." Jason said, a lopsided smile appearing on his face

I stood up and followed him into the kitchen. He set the pizza boxes down on the table and grabbed us both a plate,

"I hope you like what I got. I sometimes get the more weirder stuff." He said,

"I don't mind. I'll eat anything, I'm starving." I joked and sat down.

We both quietly started eating. Some small conversation about all that's been happening but other than that it was silence.

The apartment slowly grew darker as the darkness of the night quickly crept across the sky. The dim lightness of the tv lit up the small room. The news was glossing over my eyes. I let out a loud groan, being careful not to wake up a sleeping Jason that was down the hall. I stretched and my joints popped as I rose to my feet.

I walked over to my trunk and put on my suit. I buckled my utility belt around my waist and loaded it up with some smoke pellets, and some extra ammo. I holstered my two guns and tucked a hunting knife into my boot. I grabbed a small flashlight and a few plastic ziplock bags. I put on my mask and grabbed my grappling hook. I picked up my phone and tucked it into my belt before walking over to the window. I walked over to the window and opened it up. I climbed out and started to grapple to the coffee shop that I was shot at.

I got there and grappled to the buliding opposite from the shop. This is where the guy was who shot me, I was surprised it wasn't being investigated by the police. I grabbed the flashlight out from my utility belt and flicked it on. I looked around, unsure of what I would find. I tried my best to use some of the detective skills I picked up from Bruce. My eyes flickered to the coffee shop across the street, I shined my flash light on the ground and found a bullet laying there. A small smirk grew on my face and i bent down to pick it up.

I'm not the gun expert and I would have to take this back to Jason to be able to find out what kind of gun was used. I dropped the bullet into one of the bags and tucked it into my belt.

I stood up straight and looked around with the flashlight, I had a feeling someone was watching me. I put a hand on one of my guns and took a few steps away from the edge of the building.

Someone grabbed my arm from behind me, making me drop my flashlight. I had no idea who this was. I hoped it wasn't Bruce, I don't know what would happen if it was him. I winced in pain and discomfort,

"Hey man.. watch the arm." I pleaded out and the persons grip loosened up,

"Warner?" I heard a familiar voice whispered into my ear. The person let go of me. I took this time to pull out my gun and aim it at the strangers head,

The stranger kicked the gun out of my hand and it skidded across the rooftop. I kicked the strangers legs out from under them. They fell to the ground and I pinned them down, my feet pinning down their arms. The stranger struggled under me, I didn't say anything but take my knife out and hold it up against their throat,

"Warner," the person pleaded out, "Its me, Dick! Stop.." He choked out and a million different things raced through my head.

I clenched my jaw and put the knife back into my boot. I got off of Dick and reached my arm out to help him up,

"You use guns now?" He asked, a little sadness in his voice,

"I do what I have to do to survive." I shrugged and grabbed my gun that was halfway across the roof,

"I didn't know you were so.. hostile. You didn't use to be like that."

"Things change, Grayson. Why are you here?" I asked, holstering my gun,

"There was a shooting. The victim left the crime scene right after the whole thing happened."

"Yeah I know about the shooting, I was the one being shot at. Look I have to get going, I can't risk getting caught by the Bat." I said, grabbing my grappling hook off of my belt,

"He doesn't even know I'm here. He's back at the cave looking over the camera footage from when the shooting happened. Why are you so distant from me, I thought you were my brother."

"I just don't want to get caught by the Bat. I dont know what he would do to me once he finds out where I am. I just can't risk it."

Dick didn't do anything but nod. He grabbed his grappling hook off of his belt and shot it off in a random direction,

"If you don't want to get caught, I'd advise you to get rid of your phone. He's tracking you down Warner. I dont know what he's going to do when he finds you. Just giving you a heads up." Dick muttered and flew off into the Gotham skyline.

I grabbed my phone from out of my belt and looked down at it. I unlocked my phone and went to the messenger,

"Good luck finding me now. Before you have any time to ask anyone about me, I'll be out of this city."

I wrote out and sent to Bruce. I went through a few text messages and erased them before throwing my phone in a random direction as hard as I could. I shot my grappling hook off into the city and flew off, on my way to a certain warehouse.
