Kerma roared loudly as he released the tailed beast bomb. Everything went white, and suddenly there was a loud piercing noise. In front of their own eyes, Yūrei and Kerma are both young again. Yūrei looks older, compared to Kerma, who looks at her. Yūrei stares at Kerma with weak eyes, "Brother." Kerma stood up and paws over to her, before placing a paw on her forehead, "We'll see each other again." Scar appeared behind Kerma, and Akiko appeared behind Yūrei. Akiko is looking like she's passed out on the floor, while Scar is waiting for Kerma to finish.
Yūrei looked at Akiko, then back at Kerma, "She's still alive, after all of that. I guess your host is immortal so that blast meant nothing to him." Kerma nodded, "Me and Scar are gonna disappear for a while. You will tell Akiko that Scar left and is never coming back. Make sure that the Leaf knows he has gone Rogue." Yūrei stared at him, confused as to why he would say that. "But why?" "We don't even live inside of the village. We already quit being ninja. It's best we disappear with people hating us. That way, when we come back, we will have no reason to enter the village except for the occasional food nab which Scar has no problem doing."
"This was a mistake. Fighting you and Scar. We were outmatched and Scar's rage burned so deeply and you just boosted his pain tolerance and took over like it was nothing." "It was a mistake, sister," Kerma nodded, "Regardless of the future, you take care of Akiko and I'll take care of Scar." A brunette flashed in Yūrei's mind, "What of Amber?" "She's already on her way here to find us. I'm sure she'll continue to search for Scar while Jiro takes Akiko back to the hospital. However, I must say that our time has ended here. We shall see each other again, Oneechan." "Indeed it has. Talk soon, otouto." Yūrei agreed. Just as Yūrei placed her paws onto Kerma's head, the light flashed brightly again, and it was Akiko who was sent soaring and smashed into a pile of boulders.
Kerma grunted and poofed away while Scar landed safely on the ground, covered in bruises and scratches. No permanent damage, since he would heal. Akiko was brutally destroyed. Bruises everywhere, swollen lips and cheeks and one eye swollen. She was bleeding from the mouth mostly and had many scratches and blood marks all over her body. Her clothes weren't torn as much as her body. As Scar turned to leave, Akiko forced herself to speak, "You think you've won, haven't you Scar? I guess that means vengeance has been served. I don't know if I'm dying just yet, but I might, I have that kind of trouble when it comes to dying." Realizing that she was running out of breath, she talked slowly, "Still, take care of yourself Scar, I'm trusting that you'll take care of Amber too." She looked up at him, her eyes starting to see black, "That's about the last amount of trust you'll ever get from me."
Scar didn't turn around, instead he looked forward. But Akiko heard how sincere he was being in his voice, "Your trust is something I don't plan on breaking." Then he continued walking away. Akiko kept staring at his direction until he was out of her sight. She felt a hand on her arm, and turned to see Yūrei next to her, in her human form. Messy blue curled hair, sad red eyes that looked beaten up. She was sporting a black eye. She looked like an actual teenage now. Akiko found herself being a six year old, and looked up to see Yūrei, holding her hand. "Did I do good Yūrei?" Her small voice asked, as if she was the innocent little girl she knew she could never go back to be. Yūrei hugged her close, "Yes Akiko, you did very good." The two stood there like that, until Yūrei pulled away to see fourteen year old Akiko again. "You look so much like your mother, you have your father's pain in the ass personality." Akiko laughed, "That's a compliment I'll never get again." "What did I say about being a sarcastic shit?" "Okay mom." The two stood there, laughing, not noticing that this was happening in their mindspace, while Akiko herself was motionless.
It took them a while to see Jiro and Amber coming up to Akiko. Akiko noticed that Jiro had started crying and wanted to hold him, tell him that it was alright. He looked so broken and so vulnerable. She looked to see Amber's conflicted face. She muttered, "Go to him Amber." Not like she would be heard. She heard Jiro's shaky voice, "I'll take her back. You go and find Scar. Hell if I'd deny you of all people the right to go find your lover." He scooped Akiko up, and turned to Amber, his face hardening, "Oh and Amber?" Amber looked at him, and he continued, "Tell Scar to watch himself." Amber's face hardened, "I'll say the same to you. You watch yourself. If we are picking sides, I belong by his side and I will fight with him. Not against him. Together we are invincible. No weakness. You watch what you say and we won't have problems." Akiko sighed, "Damn, you obviously love him."
Amber clenched her fist, and walked away from Jiro and Akiko. Akiko heard Jiro sigh, "I don't want them as enemies, Akiko, but after what he did, it'll be hard to forgive him. I know I don't stand a chance though. Against either of them. We both don't. But if Scar left, we have time to get stronger and when they come back, we will be ready and they will know they can't just step over us as if we're nothing." Akiko could see the spark of vengeance forming, "Jiro, I hope you can hear me, but you can't. Some battles, are better left finished." Jiro held her close and started walking down the boulders.
Some day, she knew it wasn't going to be the next. On that day, there would be a battle. She could feel it. On that day, Akiko would be an equivalent opponent to Scar. If she ever got to getting that far. But now, she had something else in mind. As Jiro walked her to the hospital, Akiko had a plan. A plan she knew nobody would approve of. She was going to become a murderer. She had it all planned out, and Yūrei didn't stop her. Akiko wasn't going to murder Scar, that was impossible.
She was going to murder the people who killed Zabuza and the men who had caused Rei, the closest thing she had to a sister, to die.
She wouldn't stop until everyone she had failed to kill once, was dead.

I feel really sad right now, but I'm so happy. That's a thing right? This marks the end of this book. To whoever was reading this for the last two years, I would like to thank you.
This feels really bad, as this was my obsession as a kid. I still consider myself a kid, but oh well. Thank you guys for being so supportive. Even if it wasn't liked, I loved how you guys still loved this book.
Especially @Shadow3456, you were my co-author as I was yours. If you hadn't given me the idea of adding Scar to this story, this end wouldn't have been achievable. So I'd like to thank you more times than I would like to do. Then again, you aren't really into all the cheesy stuff.
Love you guys so much.
