The Lost Shinobi

*Very Late Christmas Chapter*

Akiko was still opening her eyes when her best friend bombarded her in bed. "Aneki! There's presents!" Occasionally, Naruto would call Akiko his big sister, her being older than him. Akiko strained herself to get up from the bed, but ran after Naruto, who was already under their pine tree. There were presents from Sasuke, Akiko, Naruto, Kakashi, Sakura, and even Yuuta.

Apparently, Naruto and Yuuta had met, along with the rest of Team 7, she appreciated Sakura and Naruto as her children, she didn't like Sasuke, since he reminded her of a mini Kakashi. Speaking of Yuuta, "How are my little children today!?" Along with Naruto, she was engulfed in a huge hug by her aunt. Which she did not appreciate.

"Yuuta, we're fine, and I see that you're spending Christmas with us," Akiko calmly said, as she looked at Yuuta's packed bags. "Well, more like spending it with Kakashi, for a few days of course," Yuuta replied. Akiko saw Kakashi's face peer over along with duckbutt and pinkie. She smiled, "Come in, we're starting to open presents."

Naruto couldn't wait, he opened the first one with his name on it, which was from Sakura. A big bag of ramen. "Am I in Heaven? Kami, is that you?" Naruto was dazed. "You're welcome," Sakura said. Naruto hugged her, "Arigato Sakura-chan!" She pushed him off her. Akiko walked over to Sasuke and handed him his gift. He took it with no smile on his face, only a disturbed frown.

He opened it and saw something really weird, mistletoe. He looked to Akiko and she pecked him on the cheek. His face turned as red as her hair and he stayed like that for a long time. Sakura was fuming. "Ah, my little niece, already becoming a heartbreaker," Yuuta cooed, Kakashi scooted a little bit from her and beside Sakura.

Akiko opened Kakashi's present, which thankfully, was not Icha Icha. She felt something furry. She looked at the present closely and saw a tiny puppy. It was a small Rottweiler. She held the puppy close to her and smiled, "Thank you Kakashi-Sensei." She pet the puppy's head and it whined a little.

She carefully set the puppy down and it ran off into Naruto's lap. The boy caressed the puppy's head. Akiko smiled but handed Yuuta a present. "For me?" She asked. It was from Kakashi. He seemed to have given her something special, it was a picture, two pictures. Akiko could see the photo frame.

"You had these all along?" She asked, her voice close to a sob. Akiko got up and peered at what she had. It was a photo of a young Kakashi, almost rolling his eyes. She could see Yuuta, she looked exactly the same, only with shorter hair and both her eyes were visible. She was smiling and tugging onto Kakashi, her arm around his neck. Behind them, was someone who Akiko saw that she resembled.

It was a woman with bright red hair like hers, she had patient but happy blue sapphire eyes and a smile that could have never wavered. Mom. That word she never got to use. Now she saw how much of an effect it looked. Naruto, who was still petting her puppy looked at the photo. "Aki, I didn't know that your mom was so beautiful." Sakura agreed, "She looks like an angel."

Akiko noticed that the second picture looked much different. Her mother wasn't in the picture, but a young little boy with brown hair was close to Kakashi, who surprisingly didn't have his mask on, and kissed the scarlet haired girl on her head. Both boys looked slightly messy, although Kakashi Sensei looked a little bit like how he did now. He didn't look like the kid in the first picture anymore.

"This was on your birthday Yuu," Kakashi announced. Yuuta felt like she would tear up, "If only he were here now, it would make this even better." She was talking about the little boy. Curiosity killed the cat. There were more presents passed out, and Naruto had decided on a name for the tiny puppy. "We're naming him Ichiraku!"

Apparently, "Ichiraku" enjoyed his name, and Naruto's lap. Sasuke said he had to go, and Sakura, being the stalker fangirl that she was, followed him after that. Yuuta and Naruto were talking and Kakashi got close to Akiko. She was petting Ichiraku and the puppy whined. "You're wondering about the boy in the picture."

She turned to look at him and he sighed. "His name is Motsumura. After your mother died, we were entrusted to raise him as our son. Yuuta and I didn't get along well when we were kids, but we had to get along in order to raise Motsu. Yuuta was stuck with Motsu for over three days after I had gone to do a mission. Motsu had gotten sweet with Yuuta, him being his aunt and foster mother. I came back to see Motsumura much more distant towards me."

"Yuuta and I tried our best not to fight, but it got to the point where Yuuta finally left. She left a gap between me and Motsu, which effected both her and I greatly." Akiko scratched behind Ichiraku's left ear. "What about Motsumura?" Kakashi sighed again, "He grew up to become the Third's most noble student. He's four years older than you, and already a Jonin ever since he was your age. He's an ANBU, which makes him a powerful Shinobi."

Akiko was amazed, a seventeen year old boy who was a Jonin and an ANBU. Kakashi looked over to Yuuta and Naruto, who were laughing. "He's your older brother."  Akiko gasped quickly, and almost dropped Ichiraku, but held him real close. "I....have a brother?" Kakashi nodded, "It would make sense if you didn't recognize him, he takes after Zabuza's looks and has adopted a few of his father's traits."

That's were he got his brown hair from. Akiko looked at the time, which struck 10:00. She walked towards Naruto and Yuuta with Ichiraku, Kakashi following soon after. So she had a brother she didn't even know. Where was he when she was all alone? Only Naruto was there and Scar. She remembered Scar. He was more of a brother than her real one ever was. As was Naruto. She would apologize to him soon. Motsumura did not exist in her mind, not as her big brother anyways. She took a moment to be with her family.

Gomen! Gomen! I know Christmas past already but I had to at least make a Christmas part.

So yeah, Akiko does have an older brother, and yes this is a part of the story plot line. Also, she has a puppy, a Rottweiler because they are cute and awesome. Typical Naruto to name the puppy after his favorite ramen shop.

So again, Gomen! I noticed that this was more of a filler, but I had to write something. Scar makes a tiny appearance. I know! I know! He's gonna be a major character, as will Motsumura.
