Bobbie felt like running away, she had been stuck on this question for the last 5 minutes.
Stood at the same podium for the past half an hour.
She found herself in the same position once again.
However unlike others she would openly admit that she couldn't take it.
The lights beaming down on her were becoming too much, causing her clothes to cling to her more than necessary
Looking around at her companions, they all started to shout advice. Telling her what they would do if they were in her situation. It wasn't helping much, she just wanted them all to be quiet and leave her to her her own thoughts in her own little world, but that seemed like a luxury she was no longer entitled to.
Looking to the man on her right, he lifted her hands in surrender. She didn't know why she even bothered looking to him for help, she knew she would have to figure this one out on her own.Just the thought of it made her hands go clammy as she thought of all the people this one decision was bound to effect. She never agreed to carry such responsibility. To have to wear such a heavy burden, Bobbie's life was always just one big joke.
Yet here she was feeling like the weight of the world was on her shoulders, and she still couldn't fathom why she was here.
Was she expecting it to be a breeze?
A walk through the park?
Have a laugh?
If only she had known.
If she had known, she wouldn't be here.
If she had known, she wouldn't have applied.
If she had prepared she would know whether to deal or no deal.
