"Before the exchange of the rings the groom has requested that he have this moment to recite a few vows to his wife to be" Stepping aside the minister let Brandon take the spotlight.
Taking his soon to be wife, Charlene's hand in his he rubbed circles into the backs of her hands as he spoke.
"Baby, I know we never agreed to reciting our own personal vows, but honestly I couldn't let they opportunity pass to tell you and everyone here today with us that, one, you're like a dream come true" he began "Two, I honestly just want to be with you" Brandon beamed "Three-"
"Hold on" Charlene interrupted "Are you quoting Brian Mcknight?"
"Maybe?"
She chuckle lightly at his coy response "Well then three" Charlene continued "It's plain to see that you're the only one for me"
"And if it things start to go wrong, we'll repeat steps one though three"
"To make you fall in love with me" continued Charlene
"And if ever I believe my work is done"
Charlene looked straight up at Brandon as he uttered the last words "Then we'll start back at one"
Brandon gave her a cheesy give, making Charlene blush under the gaze of not only him but all the eyes that were looking onto her. That soon simmered away as Brandon began to speak again
"Charl, Will you take me to be your lawfully wedded husband?
"Do you mean all that you recited in your vows?" she asked although she already knew the answer to that.
Brandon nodded, "Of course"
Charlene beamed as she looked up to him the man she was about to marry and uttered the only plausible response "In that case," she began "I don't see nothing wrong, with a little bump and grind"
The crown whooped at her response while Brandon looked down with a smirk that now mirrored hers.
"R Kelly?" Brandon mused "Impressive" he nodded in appreciation and then turned to the waiting minister, who held a smile of his own..
"I guess it's about time I marry you two"
They couln't have agreed more
