I know today is no narrative day, but I thought i would give those of you reading a little context, otherwise you may be left felling slightly confused.
So this dialogue is an example of a typical text conversation between my friend and I. She is Filipino and I'm Caribbean.

Jalean : Gahh i forgot you existed, when can I drop my laptop off tomorow?
Guiino: Well unless you leave it out with the tumbleweed you're gonna have to drop it off on Sunday cause no one will be home otherwise
J: I'm away on Sunday, where are you going anyways?
-Believe me I would leave it by the bushes but it's raining
G: To a wedding
-Typical village person leaving stuff in the bushes
J: At least our house have walls
G: Your just jealous cause y'all still eat on the floor
J: At least I embrace my culture
G: At least they want me here
J: That was over 400 years ago now they realise what a mistake it was.
G: You're just jealous the didn't pick you
J: What did you say was your favorite type of transport? Oh yeah boats
G: Still better than the donkeys you ride around on
J: How dare you ridicule donkeys that Jesus rose on, shame on you
G: If Jesus used them then you know your 'civilisation' is way out of date
J: Ooooooohooooo you just had to didn't you
G: Don't even try and sound offended
J: I'm holding back I'm a good person
G: Holding back? Please unleash the sacred Dragon.
J: Let's just hope you don't regret it
G: Oh please your chopsticks aint got nothing on me
J: Ahahaha so I guess I'll see you Monday?
G: Yeah just text me when you're on your way done want Mum to think we're being invaded
