Chapter 14

Jen's pov

I felt someone shaking me awake. When I opened my eyes I noticed that I was in a hotel room. I glanced at Jinxx and smiled a weak smile. He sat down on the bed and looked like something was up. I slowly sat up and noticed that it was almost dark outside.

"What's wrong Jinxx?" I asked him.

He looked at me and said, "Well I was wondering if you wanted to come with us for dinner and we might go to a club tonight."

I sighed and said, "I don't want to. But can you bring me back something please?"

Jinxx looked at me and sighed and said, "Its okay. I understand. So will you be fine here by yourself?"

"Yep I will. If I feel uneasy I'll call you and let you know," I told him.

Jinxx nodded and he went to go get ready for dinner with everyone. Soon their was a knock on the door and Jinxx was still in the bathroom. I slowly got up and walked over to the door and answered it. I smiled when I saw Andy, but that smile went away when I saw Juliet their with him.

"Come on in you two, Jinxx is in the bathroom getting ready," I told them as I walked back to the bed and sat down.

"Why aren't you coming?" Asked Andy.

I looked away and smiled and then I looked up at Andy and said, "Not feeling to good. I'm just going to stay in and maybe video chat with Case and Tommy again, then work on a song or story. But I'm just not feeling up for an outing."

Andy looked at me as if I was lying to him. I did lie to a point. I just didn't feel comfortable around Juliet, and the same with Ella. I wasn't sure why but I knew that Juliet didn't like. I can tell if people didn't like me and that was part of my six sense.

"Hey Andy, Juliet. I'm almost ready and then we can head out," Said Jinxx.

He walked back into the bathroom and Juliet looked at me and said, "Are you for real? Why don't you want to hang with anyone? What the hell is your problem."

I flinched back and tried to control everything that I was feeling. I didn't answer her but I did hear Andy to tell her to back off. I sighed and decided that I needed to do something or play some music or something.

I pulled out my laptop that Jinxx had brought up to me. I opened it and found the hotel wifi and went to youtube and started to play Nightwish. I then picked up Jinxx guitar and tried to play along with the song. I gave up because I just wasn't in the mood to play, so I sighted and started to play some Evanescence and started to sing a long to some of the songs.

"Wow you got a beautiful voice their Jen," Said Andy.

"Thanks, but I'm not that good but Case said I am but I don't believe her," I told Andy.

I glanced up and Juliet was really pissed because of the fact that I was talking to Andy. When Jinxx came back into the room, he walked over to me and kissed my forehead and said, "I'll be back tonight. If you need me just call me okay."

"I will Jer. Be careful," I told him.

Jinxx walked out of the room with Andy and Juliet. Then I had a video call and it was Case. I answered her right away and she smiled and said, "So how are you holding up now that you had a freak out."

I smiled and said, "Better. Then band now knows why I had a freak or at least I think they do. So anyways Juliet clearly hates me and I think its because Andy and I talk and we're close."

She sighed and said, "Sounds like Andy might have a crush on you and also Juliet is jealous of you. But you have nothing to fear unless she does something stupid. So are you guys almost done with tour?"

"Yeah. We have another 15 hours worth of driving to Jinxx's place. But I'm not sure. Anyways I've written some songs and so we can try and move from covers to actual music. But I still like to do covers," I told Case.

"I know. We need two more people and then we're set. After all it was you me and Tommy who formed the band. He's been looking for more people to join but you know how our high school is."

I laughed at what she said. I knew that talking to her helped a lot. I looked at Case and said, "What's that look for?"

"Have you told them about what's on your belly or what happened to it?" Case asked me.

"No, but I think I might have told Jinxx, I'm not sure," I told her.

Jinxx's Pov

Andy, Juliet, and I left the room and headed down to the lobby of the hotel. I pulled out my phone to make sure that it was turned up. Andy must have realized what I was doing because he walked over to me and said, "Don't worry, she'll be fine."

I sighed and said, "I know, but after what happened today, I just realize how much she's went though. Yet I am getting a feeling that she kept something from me."

Ash, CC, Jake, and Ella reached us and CC looked at me and said, "Where's Jen?"

"Not feeling to well. I think she's just tired after what happened today," I told them.

We left and started our walk out of the hotel and down to a dinner. Soon we found one and I smiled at that and we walked in and were seated right way. No one said anything until after we ordered our food. I check my cell phone to make sure I haven't missed a call.

"So ladies what do you think of Jen? I know you haven't really talked to her," Asked CC.

Ella looked up and said, "I think she's a sweet girl. I like to get to know her more when I'm around. Though it seems she has a rough past."

I nodded at Ella and said, "You have no Idea how rough."

"Jinxx how did you find her?" Asked Juliet.

"She found me, with the help of her friend Case," I told her.

"Did she have any proof that she's your cousin?" Asked Juliet.

I sight and said, "She has copies of the pictures that no one knew about. Ones that she had taken and gave me a copy, she had some saved on a disk and kept it hidden in her cd's. Also she had the necklace that's a locket that was custom made and also the fact that she had the last picture of us together."

Juliet looked pissed but she looked at the guys and said, "So how do you boys like having a girl on tour?"

I knew where this was going and so didn't the guys. CC looked at me and nodded his head in a away to ask me if I was okay. I just smirked at him and he knew I was controlling my anger.

"She's great. She's been pretty cool and she even hung out with the fans," Said Ash.

"But I heard that Jinxx got into a fight with one of the male fans," said Ella.

"Yeah I did. Lets just say that was someone who needed to die, but thankfully he's locked far away," I said very carefully.

Juliet was about to say something when Andy looked her and said, "Juliet I know your jealous of her, but you don't have to worry about anything. You can trust me."

Juliet smiled and said, "I trust you, but I don't trust her."

I sighed and said, "She doesn't want to be with anyone right now. She wants to get settled into her new home. Wait for her two friends to get here, find two more members for her band, get signed by a label and go from there."

Juliet looked shocked and said, "I still don't trust her. But I'll back off."

I knew that she was lying about backing off, but I didn't call her out on it. I glanced around at the guys and they all knew that she was lying as well.
