When I walked into the dining room I think I had the biggest kool-aid smile on my face. I saw my baby, my wife, my mom, my sister, and my dad.
Me: "Oh my...d*mn I don't even know what to say"
Xayvion: "Son I'm happy for this girl right here. She's the reason we all sitting here in front of each other now and I know we already on good terms but now that Debbie here I want to thank you in person for putting my family back together", he said looking at Debbie.
Mom: "Really we all are happy for you to be here and we all missed you and I don't want you to ever leave like that again"
I was still just standing there happy to see everybody but my baby lost some weight and I ain't digging that at all.
Debbie: "'Xavier don't be scared I know you want to get Jaidyn"
She read my mind. I stepped more into the dining room and I got him from out of Debbie's arms. When I leaned over to pick him up I could smell the perfume I bought here when we first got married and she was wearing her wedding ring.
Me: "Hey little man I missed you so much. Daddy's sorry for not being there for you and from now on I won't ever let you leave me like that again". I didn't realize how much I missed him until I held him in my arms again and I started crying.
DEBBIE'S POV
I didn't know how much I really meant to everyone because normally when I'm with them I sometimes get taken for granted but now I see I mean a lot especially to this family. When I saw 'Xavier talking to Jaidyn and started crying I felt really bad for keeping them separated for so long. I actually got teary eyed but I didn't let tears come down my face.
Me: "I never really knew how much I really meant to everybody which is probably another reason why I left. I'm happy all of y'all are reunited and everything and I wish y'all the best of luck and all the good"
Nathalie: "Why are you talking like that? Like you about to do something or go somewhere you regret?"
Me: "Because..."
DON'S POV
Janette: "Baby have you seen Dj's pacifier", she said looking through the diaper bag as we were in the car on our way to my moms house.
Me: "No I haven't seen it", I said with an attitude.
Janette: "Well sorry, dang I just didn't want him crying when he wake-up"
Me: "I'm sorry baby I just have a lot on my mind right now"
Janette: "I can tell just calm down and relax. What's on your mind making you so stressed any way?"
Me: "I'm thinking about how my mom is going to act towards me when we make it there"
Janette: "Yeah I understand but what can she do nobody can't change the past so just calm down"
Me: "Thanks baby", I leaned over and gave her a kiss while as we pulled up to a red light. I still don't know why I left her for Jada. She's the best female I've ever been with, no matter how I act she understands and do whatever she have to to keep me calm. She hold me down and even when we weren't together she still held me down.
We just pulled up to my mom's house and man I was super nervous. I got the sleeping Dj and walked up to the porch while Janette had the baby bag. I just walked right in and I saw my mom laying down on the couch.
Me: "Hey mama what you in here doing"
Mom: "Baby oh my goodness. How are you? Who is this?"
Me: "I'm fine and this is my girl Janette and my son Dj, Janette this is my mom Kiamesha"
Janet: "Hello nice to meet you"
Me: "Hi baby, nice to meet you". "Umm Don when did you have a baby and where is Jada?"
Me: "Well..."
We sat down on the couch and I told my mom everything that happened between me, Jada, 'Xavier, Jarod, and Debbie so she would fully understand how everything happened.
*Smack!!
My mom slapped me dead in my face. I looked up in the mirror in the living room and saw her hand print on my face.
Mom: "I don't even know where to start with you. I didn't raise you to be like that. If you got her pregnant and you knew about it you shouldn't have been with Jada and maybe her life wouldn't have turned out the way it did and even if it did it wouldn't have anything to do with you. And as far as Debbie and 'Xavier have y'all heard anything from her?"
Me: "No ma'am but I haven't talked to 'Xavier so I'm gone hit him up and see have he", I said rubbing my face because it was still stinging.
Mom: "Well call him now. Debbie my baby and I want to see they're baby too"
I got out my phone and called 'Xavier since I didn't have Debbie's number.
Our Phone Call
Me: 'Xavier have you heard from Debbie
'Xavier: "Yeah she over my mamas house right now but she just told us something that have everybody in shock so I'm gone hit you up later"
Me: "Aight I'm on my way"
END OF PHONE CALL
Janette: "What happened? Where are we going?"
Me: "No you and Dj need to stay here I don't know what's going on so I'll call you and tell you what's going on"
Janette: "Okay but call me as soon as you can"
Me: "Aight. Love you", I walked over to her and gave her a kiss and left.
