'XAVIER'S POV
It's been 5 months since the whole parent thing and bets believe I handled that. Leslie is gone, I don't know where and I don't care where she is as long as she know not to come anywhere near us again.
I met my real mom and it's just the best thing in the world. We became real close and we're inseparable. My kids really love her and our family has gotten closer than ever. Every Sunday we go do something together and then all the kids will spend the night over somebody's house, the teens will chill and watch the kids while the adults go out. I mean what else could you ask for? Everything is real good right now.
But I completely moved out the house with Debbie. We only talk when I'm getting the boys to come with me or to go to doctor's appointment with the boys or with the new baby. I forgave her a long time ago but I think we're just growing apart. She can't trust me and I can't trust her so it might be time to take this to lawyers and get a divorce since we're already separated and we aren't getting any further.
Yeah we got separated at the end of the second month I moved out. Neither one of us are feeling it but I gotta go over their now to get the boys, then we're going to my new place.
PHONE CALL
Me: "Hello?"
Mom: "Hey baby, you getting the boys this weekend right?"
Me: "Yes ma'am I'm about to go get them now"
Mom: "Good and I want to meet Debbie since I only hear about her and barely see her when she takes the boys to the park for family day"
Me: "Yeah she's doing what she's supposed to. She's not apart of the family anymore so it doesn't matter and she doesn't deserve to meet you"
Mom: "'Xavier I'm not asking you anymore I'm telling you"
Me: "Okay I'll tell her"
Mom: "Alright baby. Y'all come straight to the house, I made a dinner and I want to see all of my kids with their families"
Me: "Yes ma'am. Love you"
Mom: "I love you to. Bye"
Me: "Bye"
END OF PHONE CALL
I pulled up in the driveway and she was outside with the boys as always. I haven't been inside in forever cause she's always outside with the boys when I come and I don't have a problem with that.
"Daddy!!", 'Jaidyn ran up to me and I picked him up.
"Wassup. You ready to go see MiMi?"
"Yes I am. And I want my cup. I shirsty"
"Alright, I have some juice in the car for you come on", I buckled him up and then Debbie buckled in Papa (Jabari) in on the other side of the truck.
