Zeref's POV

"I did as you have ordered Zeref." said Invel the moment he saw me entering the lab. "Did it go well?" I asked as Invel shook his head. "Not good. The curse is too much for them to handle, some even died after the curse fully infected them." He looked at me, "What do you suggest?" I sighed looking at the curse, "Destroy it." 

"Are you sure of your orders? Think carefully." 

"Just do it. That's my order." I grabbed his collar and looked straight into his cold eyes, "I don't care how you destroy it, but as long there's nothing left. I don't care about it anymore." 

He bowed on his knees placing his hand on the chest, "Yes Zeref." I watched him froze everything along with the prisoners who were dead after the effects of the curse experiment. He snapped his fingers and everything shattered into millions of crystal ice. He straighten his glasses as he walked towards me, "Its done." 

"Come I have something to say to them." He followed me all the way outside of the palace where all the army were gathered including the Spriggan 12. They all bowed when they spotted me and kept silent. I stepped forward, "I'm sorry for dragging you all here this late but I have something to say regarding the plan of attack against the humans. In one week's time we will be attacking from all sides starting with Fiore." 

At that moment they started whispering to each other and one of them spoke up, "My lord what about the experiment?" I took a deep breath, "Its been destroyed." Their expression widened as I continued, "I ordered Invel to destroy it since it doesn't bring any luck to us. However, we still can win over them. Together with our strength and our magic we could annihilate them easily." 

Another one spoke up, "What about the hunters?" 

"Yeah they are the ones protecting the humans." 

I snickered, "There's no need to worry about them. I have my own ways to deal with them. As I was saying you all need to be prepared for the upcoming battle. Once the battle is over, we will conquer both worlds and humans as our slaves." 

"YEAH!!!!!THOSE HUMANS WILL KNOW NOT TO MESS WITH US!!!!" They roared raising their weapons high up in the air. I left into the castle as one of the Spriggan 12, August came forward to me. I smiled, "August its been a long time since I have seen you." 

"Glad to be seeing you again Zeref. I have news for you. I managed to detect the ultimate magic power and its coming from the human world." 

"And you do know where's the place right August?" He nodded, "Its coming from Fairy Tail Academy." 

I laughed, "As expected their master Makarov was the one protecting it all these years. Well August once this week is over, I need you to head over there and retrieve that ultimate magic power." He lowered his head, "Indeed." 

"I'll send Brandish to accompany you." 

"That will do. I must take my leave now to prepare myself." I nodded and he left. I walked in my chambers and lie down on the bed as Invel closed the doors. "Invel..." 

"Yes?" 

"Bring me something to eat. I'm getting hungry." He chuckled, "Of course. I'll be back in few minutes." 

He closed the door as I starred at the ceiling thinking of a certain hunter I met years ago. Her long light blond hair, big green eyes and her cheerful smile. I can never forget that person. I closed my eyes hitting over at my chest muttering softly to myself, Mavis...

TIMESKIP

Lucy's POV

"WHAT?!? TELL ME MORE LUCY OHHH I CAN'T WAIT TO WRITE IT ON MY BOOK!!!!" said Mira getting overly excited of the party last night. Levy and I decided to have some hot rich coffee in the cafe after school. This place is pretty cool and I mostly spend my time here reading the magazines and Mira works here part time. Levy shrugged, "What book exactly?" Mira came closer to her, "Its a book where I write all about my precious ships!" 

Both of us spatted our coffees, "What?" She smirked, "Haha I even got the pictures of you guys during the prom. You all look so cute together. So Lucy, as you were saying Erza was in rage mode and then what happened?" 

"Well, things went way weird. Jellal was being all flirty and Erza put some cat ears on him. He started to act like a cat and keeps calling her master all the time." Mira laughed loudly till everyone in the cafe looked at us. "Oops sorry." she said as she came closer to me, "Then? Tell me more Lucy! Don't keep me waiting!" 

Levy started giggling as she continued the story, "Gajeel did some confession to me and he was kinda cute." She started blushing hard as Mira and I started to tease her. "Oh Levy falling in love ay?" 

"SSSSHHHH!!!! Don't say that loud, it's embarrassing." said Levy. Mira hit her back, "Awww, don't feel embarrassed." 

"Oh yeah, then everyone started arguing about marriage. Gajeel was telling first then Erza and Natsu joined in." said Levy. 

"What about Gray?" 

"He didn't joined in he was drinking and being emotional together with Juvia." Mira cooed, "So sweet!" 

"Oh yeah then Ichiya and his men came out all of nowhere and things got more complicated." 

Mira tapped her fingers impatiently, "Move on Lucy!" 

Then I whispered softly to Mira, "Ichiya got overly excited and kissed Jellal." Mira stood silence eyes widened as she looked at Levy. Levy nodded her head and Mira looked back at me. "Tell me is it true? Lip to lip?" I nodded my head. 

She started screaming like a maniac, "WWWWWHHHHHAAAATTTT????!!?!!!!!!????? IS THIS WHAT THEY CALLED BOY'S LOVE?" 

"Uhm, Mira snap out of your imaginations!" I said as she giggled at the side. "Anyway, I don't ship Ichiya and Jellal together. That would be one weird couple." 

"Exactly." Both me and Levy said as we sipped our coffee.
