Wendy's POV

He's late again...as always. I'll just take a nap here while waiting.

"Wendy?" I opened the door seeing Cherria standing outside. "Cherria...why are you coming by at this hour?"

She was twiddling her thumbs and answered back softly, "I just wanted to talk to you."

"Come in."

Cherria sat on the couch while I took a can drink from the fridge and gave it to her. I sat on the opposite of her and started the conversation. "So what do you want to talk about?" She took a sip and held the can tightly in her hands. "Well, tell me the truth...are you and your brother...a vampire?"

Why I am not surprised? "Yes."

"Then why didn't you tell me?" she asked as tears were forming in her eyes. I gave her a soft smile, "Listen here Cherria is not that I don't want to tell you but I just don't want you to get into trouble because of me. I'm sorry that I kept it as a secret from you."

She kept quiet and placed the can on top of the table as she came closer to me. "I'll forgive you if you promise me one thing..." I looked up at her as she embraced me in her arms, "Promise me that you won't hide anything from me. I don't care whether you are a human or a vampire...it's just that you are my best friend and I don't want to keep distance between us."

I see it now. I pulled her away and smiled back, "I will. Sorry to make you worry Cherria."

She wiped her tears, "Yeah."

TIMESKIP

Natsu's POV

"What the hell happened?" I said while seeing the two demon Tempesta and Jackal vanished till nothing. I turned over to Gray seeing his previous master Ur disappeared too. "Looks like Neinhart has been defeated." Said the green hair girl. She snickered, "Now shall we continue?"

I raised my brow, "Uhh who are you again?"

She turned pale white along with Ajeel too with their jaws wide opened. "What..." Lucy hit my head, "Idiot she's Brandish. Do you have memory problem or something?"

"Don't waste your own time Lucy, that idiot is sure to forget after five minutes." Gray added joining in the conversation.

"Shut up fling bag. You're the one to talk."

"The truth hurts does it flame brain?"

"You are so annoying!"

"You are such a dumb!"

"Alright you two enough gaggling!" Lucy pulled us apart and put her hands on her waist, "We have a serious situation going on and you two can deal with this when this is over. Geez."

Suddenly Ajeel released his sand wave attack at us. I almost got choked by his sand wave. "Like my sneak attack? Get ready cause I got more and I ain't stopping till this party is over!"

"I'm feeling fired up. Fire Dragon Wing Attack!" I jumped high from the sand wave and went straight to Ajeel giving him a hit on his face. "Gray are you still in there or what?"

He came out from the sand feeling pissed while wiping some blood on his mouth. We both eyes at each other and created our attack. "Fire Dragon..."

"Ice Devil..."

"ROAR!!!!"

We both combined out attack as Ajeel got completely hit and flew off high till he crashed into the buildings and was nowhere to be seen. "Nice job dude." I said as he snickered giving high five to me. "Alright Brandish now it's your..."

"ACHOO!!!"

Both Gray and I went pale white feeling shocked, "Turn?"

"Achoo! No matter how many times I told him still his sand attacks somehow get me. Achoo!" Lucy suddenly appeared from behind and gave a hard hit on her head and she fell to the ground.

"That's my fight Lucy!" I said pointing at her while she gave back a smirk. "You two had your fight against that sand guy so it's my time to shine." She said it while giving a victory pose with her eyes gleaming brightly. Juvia pouted at the side, "Why am I the only one that never get to fight..."

"Don't worry Juvia you will get your chance soon." said icy perv who was trying to comfort her. Juvia immediately stop crying and hugged him, "I never knew you would care for me so much darling!" Lucy and I laughed seeing Gray getting freaked out by her sudden move.

"What are we going to do about her?" said Juvia as I picked Brandish up from the ground and carried her on my back. "We'll take her to the guild hall in prison for the time being. I'm sure gramps would know how to deal with her." I said as we all headed to the academy.

Erza's POV

"Once I'm done with your, I'll dye you two with my favorite color red."

She licked her lips and released her attacks at us. Jellal quickly carried me and dodged all the attacks. She continued releasing her attacks as Jellal ran up the building and somehow managed to catch hold a banner pole for support. She leaped high in the air and landed on the edge of the building opposite of us with a grin on her face.

She took a deep breath grinning, "You are slower than before Jellal but somehow you managed to dodge most of my attacks. Normally I'll end my preys with just one attack and yet I'll have to use many as I want against you. I wonder how long we are going to play this so called chase game."

I smirked back while holding Jellal tightly, "I can't have you looking down on him mother. He's not that weak and he won't ever loose to you!" Jellal's face was shocked looking at me as I smiled back at him, "Right Jellal?"

He snickered, "Yeah." Suddenly he started coughing choking out blood. His cough was getting worse even his breathing was uneven. I got worried and wiped off the blood on his mouth, "Are you sure you are alright?"

"I can manage." He tried to look fine but actually deep down I could feel he's suffering from his deep injuries from his fight earlier against Neinhart.

"Oh, looks like you are getting weak Jellal. I wonder how long he is going to stay on in that condition. Don't worry I'll finish you two now." She jumped and swung her staff at us. Jellal blocked her staff with his hand and back away in an instant. "Running away I see." Jellal quickly put me down on the ground gently and ran up against my mom.

Jellal please be alright... she moved her staff swiftly and Jellal bend down avoiding her staff and gave a kick back at her staff causing her to lose her balance. She quickly stood up and used her magic at Jellal. He jumped high and gave her a punch at her stomach as she fall off the edge of the building to the ground. Cracks appeared on the ground the moment she landed.

She got up from the ground as a dark red aura surround her. She was pissed and she gave a glare at Jellal. "I had enough of this childish games! AAAAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!"

It started to get cooler and I'm freezing even with Jellal's jacket. I realized the spell and yelled out to Jellal to get away fast. He looked down as she released her fiery red aura everywhere. Glass crashing into million pieces, slight cracks on the ground and certain buildings getting crashed. I felt the building was shaking vigorously and Jellal ran with his speed towards me. He carried me and jumped off the building just in time before it collapse.

He continued running in full speed as I looked back seeing my mother walking away after the building collapsed. The last thing before she left she mentioned something in my mind through telepathy, "I'll see you again Erza dear." I closed my eyes and buried my face at the crook of his head.
