Laxus's POV

Mest was standing next to me as I sat in front of the prison cell glaring at them while asking them few questions, "So what exactly are you two doing here?" Brandish snickered and gave a grin answering to my first question, "Simple we are here by the orders of Zeref."

I raised my eyebrow, "Zeref huh..."

"He's on his way here to destroy the human world and gain the ultimate power." said Eileen who regained her conscious as she sat up beside Brandish. "I got another question." I paused halfway while leaned closer to their cells, "You better tell me what ultimate power Zeref is seeking." They both kept quiet and spoke nothing. I tapped my feet while waiting for one of them to answer but they sat quiet. Mest came forward and swung his sword hitting the prison bars causing them to cover their ears. He gave them a glare and asked them the same thing, "You two better tell us or things will get ugly here. "

TIMESKIP

Levy's POV

Gajeel and I were on our way to Porlyusica's house after getting a call from Lucy about Jellal and Erza. "Gajeel...do you think the both of them would be ok?" I asked while he looked down at me. He rubbed messing my hair and smirked, "Relax, with Porlyusica's skills I'm sure they both would do just fine. Have faith in both of them." I sighed looking up to the sky as the cold wind breeze passed through my hair giving a slight shiver to my skin. "Although Lucy said that Erza got badly injured after protecting Jellal from the blow." Suddenly Gajeel covered my mouth and quickly pulled me to the side of the building. "What is it?" I asked as he released me and put his finger on his lips. He spoke softly, "Ssshhh...we've got company..." He said turning to the other side checking as I took a peep too.

I gasped seeing the familiar faces again. "Wait what are they still doing here?"

"Don't know but we've gotta make a move before they see us." he said as we both quietly made a move without them noticed but sooner enough we got caught by one of them.

"I see you two lovebirds are lurking around here." A familiar voice spoke as we both looked at the person opposite of us. "COBRA?!?"

"Surprised?" He laughed as others joined in laughing too leaving the both us blushing and turning towards another direction. "Well enough chatting and now business!" said Gajeel as he use his dragon slayer magic and pinned him towards the wall. Cobra flinched and sighed heavily, "I know what you're going to ask but listen here we came here to apologize to you guys." He said it with a serious face.

Both of our eyes widened as Gajeel let go of him and stood next to me. Lyon, Sting, Rogue, Yukino, Minerva, Jura, Kagura and even the rest bowed their heads in shame and apologized to us. I asked them one thing, "So what made you guys come back to Magnolia?"

"Well after receiving our punishment we learnt that Zeref has taken over the vampire world and planned to destroy the human world. That's why we decided to join forces with you guys in order to defeat Zeref once and for all." Minerva explained while Midnight continued, "We also heard that you guys had some trouble dealing with some of them."

"And not to mention we might have a way to stop Zeref but we are not sure it would work." said Sting as Rogue nodded his head.

"Hold on, you mean you guys actually wanted to help us fight?" I asked as they all nodded their heads. "We regret of arresting you all for nothing in the past and we want to make up our mistakes and be the best hunters again." Jura added.

"So please we would like to speak with Sir Makarov." Cobra came forward as I turned towards Gajeel and he nodded his head. "Listen...right now the academy is in a mess and I'm afraid you guys can't speak with gramps for a while."

They all looked up, "Why?"

Gajeel sighed and looked down, "He's been badly injured." Their eyes widened in shock and Yukino gasped covering her mouth. Lyon asked, "What happened?"

"He was attacked by one of the Spriggan 12 members. From what I heard from Lucy is that the member is a lady and she's quite powerful. She was known as the Scarlet of Despair."

Cobra's eyes widened, "I know that name! She's one of the strongest female vampire in history. She destroys millions of citizens over the past few hundred years. She has incredible powers and she's one of the sadist."

I continued, "I read about her somewhere in one book but for now she has been captured by Mest and Laxus. They both are interrogating her and another female vampire named Brandish."

"Are you kidding me? They managed to capture Eileen and Brandish?" said Rogue who was feeling surprised along with others.

"Gihee! Jellal managed to take her down by his own but he got injured." At that moment all of their faces were blown by Gajeel's words. I looked over at my watch and it was getting late and Lucy and others are waiting for us. "Listen we could get you guys to talk to the rest but you have to follow us to Porlyusica's house because that's where Master Makarov is there along with Jellal and Erza." I said as they nodded and started to follow us.

"One more thing the moment we arrive, let me and Gajeel do the talking first. This is to prevent any more arguments or fighting. We don't want Porlyusica yelling at us for being too noisy."

"Yeah!" said Cobra as we headed on our journey.

AT PORLYUSICA'S HOUSE...

Erza's POV

My head...feels dizzy. I placed my hand on my forehead as I opened my eyes seeing faces around me. "Erza you're awake!!!!" Lucy and Juvia shouted as they both hugged me in tears while Natsu and Gray snickered sitting at the side. "Where am I?" I asked as I struggled sitting up on the bed but Lucy and Juvia helped me and Porlyusica came giving me some hot honey lemon tea. "Well what do you think?" said Porlyusica as I shrugged my shoulders realizing that it was her place.

I took a sipped of the tea and realized Jellal was sleeping on the opposite of me. His body was wrapped with bandages but they were slowly turning red. I got panicked and struggled to get up from my bed. "Slow down Erza or you'll hurt yourself!" said Lucy as she and Juvia tried to stopped me. "No I need to see him!" I said and then I felt a pain strike at my stomach as I fell off from the bed. "Erza!" Natsu managed to catch me before I hit to the floor. "Easy there Erza!" said Gray as both of them supported me walking towards Jellal.

I gasped seeing him in his demon vampire form. Black marks at his face and body and his hair is white with a blood red strand. I turned over to Porlyusica with tears in my eyes, "How is he?"

"Listen Erza..." she stopped as she asked Natsu and Gray to put me in the chair next to Jellal. "I can't do anything about his form but I did cure his wounds and they are fine. However, regarding to his inner self, he needs to deal on his own. We can't do anything. No one can cure his emotions and what his feelings right now. We could only just wait for him to recover and return to his normal self."

"I see..." I looked over at Jellal and couldn't help but feeling pain in my heart. Lucy came over and patted on my shoulder, "We'll leave you both alone for a while." I looked at her and smiled as she and the others went downstairs along with Porlyusica leaving me and Jellal alone in the room. I leaned closer to him kissing on his forehead and placed my arms around his shoulders as I put my head on part of his chest. I smiled drifting off to sleep, "Jellal, please get better."
