I woke up and checked my phone.
9:00
I sat up and ran my fingers through my hair.
"Morning." Brendon said walking back into the bedroom.
He handed me a cup of coffee and sat with me.
"Morning."
I said as he put an arm around me.
"Are you okay?" Brendon was still worried.
"Bren I'm fine. Yesterday was just hard."
I sat my coffee in the table.
"Your fans are going to hate me."
"I don't give a shit. As long as I still have my family."
He kissed me, running his fingers through my hair.
I got up and changed into leggings and a sweater.
"I'm going to go get Maddie."
I yelled going out the door.
When Lydia opened her door, she smiled.
"Feeling better?"
I nodded and followed her inside.
"He told me he was going to take a break from music, to be with us."
She smiled.
"Good. You guys need some time to be a normal family."
She paused for a second.
"Dylan is upstairs with Maddie."
I nodded and went to find them.
"Hey Dylan."
I said standing beside him.
He was looking into her eyes.
Dylan would be an amazing father.
"Hey Meghan. Here's Maddie."
I took her and went home, eager to get back to Brendon.
"There's my beautiful girls!" He said kissing Maddie's cheek.
I put Maddie in her playpen and went to take a shower.
When I was done I went to the living room and saw Brendon holding Maddie.
"I love your mom so much. You know that Maddie?"
I smiled, hiding behind the door.
"You two are my life."
I walked over to him.
"I love you Brendon."
He turned to me and smiled.
"Love you more."
There was a short pause before Brendon spoke again.
"We have to do an interview in New York next week. Talking about our decision."
I nodded and felt butterflies.
