Chapter 52

*2 weeks later*
I've changed my phone number and the texts have finally stopped.
I woke up at 6:30, Brendon snoring beside me.
I rolled my eyes before making my way downstairs. Today is Monday which means the kids have school, which means waking everyone up which hard enough.
I started on their breakfast then the coffee, while I waited on that to finish I got Maddie up.
She sat at the table and took small bites of her cereal while watching tv.
I went upstairs and put on jeans and a black tee, pulling my hair into a bun.
Brendon tossed and turned before sitting up.
"Good morning." He mumbled rubbing his eyes.
I turned around and smiled.
"Morning."
I went across from our room to find Luke playing in his crib.
"Good morning!" I said picking him up and snuggling him.
I took him downstairs and gave him breakfast. Brendon soon shuffled down the stairs, planting a kiss on my cheek, then Luke's, then Maddie's. He grabbed a cup of coffee and sat down, talking to Maddie.
As soon as Brendon got up, it was my turn to relax and start on the housework.

As I was putting away Maddie's clothes she came running into the room, grabbing onto my leg.
"Bye mommy!" She whimpered.
I smiled and crouched down to her level.
"Bye princess. Have a good day at school!"
She nodded and kissed my cheek, tightening her grip on me.
"Love you!"
I smiled and kissed her forehead, sending her back out to Brendon.
They left left and I decided to call my brother, just sit and talk. Brendon was heading straight to the studio after taking them to school. He was finishing up on some things for the album.

I was sleeping when my phone rang, I got up and saw it Brendon. I smiled before answering.
"Hey baby."
"Hey, I'm on my way back from the studio, I thought we could maybe talk and just have some alone time."
This sounded amazing, I don't much alone time with Brendon anymore.
"Okay. See you soon."
I hum up and decided to take a quick shower before he got home.
I was sitting on the bed in a pair of sweatpants and one of Brendon's black tees when the door opened, revealing a tired Brendon.
I smiled and he sat with me on the bed, wrapping his arms around me.
"So you're happy?" He asked as we moved to cuddle together.
I nodded
"Of course. I have a wonderful husband, two amazing kids, an amazing family. What else could I ask for?"
He shrugged.
"I don't know. I just never thought I'd be here. Laying in bed with the most beautiful woman I've ever seen next to me- and be able to call her my wife. I never thought I'd be a father, I was scared to mess it up honestly."
I smiled and kissed him, Brendon deserved to be happy.
"I've tried my whole life to find the one and just before we meet I gave up. I'd tried but I could never make them happy enough. And the year before we started dating, when were just friends, I wasn't happy and I didn't know why. I didn't know my happiness was in front of me, standing there with the most beautiful smile. When I realized you were what I needed I made a promise to me and after we started dating I made the same to your brother."
He paused and smiled, licking his lips before continuing.
"I promised that I would love you, protect you, provide for you, and keep you happy until the day I die. And I fully plan to keep that promise until my last breath. I love you."
I was tearing up and I pressed my lips to his, running my fingers through his hair.
"Brendon. I'm so happy with the way things turned out. I wouldn't change it for the world.
Thank you."
We stayed there, just cuddling and talking about the past. Brendon was telling me about he felt when I told him I was pregnant, when we realized we were gonna be late to pick Maddie up.
We decided to both go and then get some ice cream or something before getting Luke from daycare.

Everything is perfect. We are all happy and healthy. I couldn't think of another way to be happy. I've got the best husband, two beautiful children and a supportive family.
What else could a girl want?

Hey! So I know,  it's been awhile.  I'm just back into life and so now I'm back! So this is the last chapter the final piece to the puzzle of my story. But! I do plan to start book 2 soon, I can't just leave this family. This book will most likely pick up when Maddie's in her last year of high school and about to start her life as Brendon Urie's daughter. So let my know if you think I should write that.
