OQ ONESHOTS

Fever

"Oh crap," Regina said as she sprinted to the bathroom. She started to throw up everything she'd eaten that morning, which wasn't very much. For the past week she had been taking care of Roland, who had come down with a stomach bug, and now it seems that she got it. "Regina are you ok?" Robin asked as he ran into the bathroom after Regina. When he saw her throwing up, he pulled her hair back while she continued to throw up her breakfast. "Thank you." She said as she leaned back against the cool tile wall. "Your welcome. You need to get back into bed Regina. You're burning up." He said as he put the back of his hand on her forehead. She didn't even say anything back, she just let him carry her back to bed.
"I feel like I'm gonna be sick again," she whispered to Robin as he started to walk downstairs to get her some medicine and water. "Ok babe." He said as he ran back to the bathroom to get the trashcan for her. "Do you still feel like your gonna be sick?" He asked as he put the trashcan by her bed. She didn't answer. She just swallowed, and then she looked at him and nodded her head yes. "Ok. It's ok, I'm right here." He said as he rubbed her back. She didn't end up throwing up, but she did end up dry heaving. She had already thrown up everything in her stomach that morning. She leaned back into Robin and started to fall asleep when she said, "I'm hot"
"Ok. I'll turn the fan on."
"Ok." She said as she put her head down in the pillow. When he got back into the bed beside her, she was already asleep. "Papa?" A little voice called out from the hallway. Robin got up and went to were Roland was, not wanting to disturb Regina. "Yes my boy?" He asked as he took his son in his arms. "What's mama doing?"
"Mama isn't feeling very good right now so she's lying down. We need to be quiet today so we don't make her feel any worse. Do you want to go watch a movie down stairs with Henry?" Robin asked as he eyed Henry who was walking out of his room. "Ok! When mama feels better can she come watch with us? She makes movies funny!" Roland asked excitedly as his Robin put him down. "We'll see. It depends on how she's feeling."
"Ok. I hope she feels better soon papa." The young boy said to his father as he grabbed Henry's hand and they went downstairs. "I do too."
      After about two hours Regina woke up in robins arms. She felt a little better, but not by much. Her stomach wasn't as nauseous as it was earlier, but now her head was killing her and her nose was stopped up." She shifted in his arms, trying not to wake him, but he did awake. "Are you feeling any better?" He asked as he sat up. "A little. My heads killing me now." She said as she rubbed her forehead. "Ok I'm gonna get a thermometer. I'll be right back." He said as he went to locate a thermometer in their bathroom. "Ok I found one." He said as he walked over to her side of the bed. He swiped it over her head and waited till he heard a beep. "102.4. You have a fever." He said as he put the thermometer down. I'm gonna go get you some cold medicine from the store. I'll be right back."
"Can't you just have snow go get it and drop it off or something? I don't want you to leave." She said as she pulled his arm to keep him from leaving. "Ok I'll call her." He called snow and when he got off the phone he said that she was leaving right now to go get it. "Momma!" A voice called from the stairs. They heard little feet running and then the door burst open. "Momma are you feeling better yet? We were gonna watch another movie" the little boy said excitedly as he got into the bed and snuggled into his mother. "Roland I told you not to be loud. And I don..."
"I'm feeling a little better  baby. Do you wanna come up here and watch it though?" She said not wanting to upset her little knight. "Ok!" Roland ran out of the room and went downstairs. A few moments later he came back up with the movie, and Henry in tow behind him. "Can we watch Peter Pan momma?" He said as he jumped back into the bed and beside his mom. "Of course we can baby." Everyone settled into place and when snow got there, everyone was upstairs still watching the movie, but Roland and Regina were both out like a light. "I have the medicine." She said as she came over to Robin. "Thanks. Do you want to join in? Its getting to the good part." He said as they both laughed. "Sure id love too."
