Blue

"I wonder what it's gonna be?" Regina asked Robin as they drove down the road. They were going to her obgyn to find out the gender of the baby. She was seven months pregnant, and the baby was a complete surprise. When she found out she was ecstatic with joy, because she thought she'd never be able to have a baby of her own. The reason they were finding out the gender so late in the pregnancy was they originally wanted it to be a surprise, but then one day they changed their minds. "I think it's gonna be a girl." Robin said as the pulled up to a stoplight. "What do you think it's gonna be?" He said as he looked at her. She looked beautiful, her gorgeous brown locks down past her shoulders, and she wore one of her red dresses. "A girl." She said as the red light turned green and they started to go again. "But I'm not sure. I'm not good at guessing these types of stuff." She said laughing. "I thought your daughter was gonna be a boy, and I thought neal was gonna be a girl , so this ones probably gonna be a boy."
They arrived at the obgyn and they went to check in at the front desk and then sat down on the couch in the waiting room. "The baby hasn't been moving very much today." She said with a hint of nervousness in her voice. "I'm sure everything's fine Regina." Robin said to comfort her, even though it kind of made him nervous too. "Babies don't move everyday in their mums stomach." He said to make her feel better.
"Regina mills" a nurse called as they got up to follow her into one of the rooms. The nurse asked her all of the typical stuff like normal and then said Dr.Maorrana will be in shortly, and left the room. "Are you ready to find out what it is?" Regina asked excited. "Yeah. We're gonna have to start working on the baby room though cause in two more months he or she will be here." He said rubbing her stomach. "For a girl lets paint the room purple or keep it neutral colors ok? I refuse to let my daughter have an all pink room" she said as Robin laughed. "Ok but if it's a boy do you wanna paint the room blue or green?" He asked as she sat up a little on the bed. "Let's paint it blue, and then when he gets a little older we can paint it green and maybe give it a theme or something" she answered him. A few minutes later There was a knock on the door. "Hey Guys, how have you been doing?" The doctor said as she entered the room. "We're good."Regina answered. "We're read to find out what the baby is gonna be though" she said smiling back at Robin. "Good! I'm ready to tell you! Ok I'm gonna have you lie back on the bed for me please," she said as she went and started hooking up the ultra sound machine. Robin kissed his wife and then grabbed her hand. "Ok, I know you already know this, but I'm gonna warn you anyway that it's gonna be cold." The doctor said as she applied the gel to Reginas stomach. She started moving the wand around, and started to get a troubled look on her face. "Is something wrong?" Robin asked her as he watched her facial expression change. "I don't think so, I think this wand just isn't working. Let me go get another one." She said as she went to a drawer and picked up another wand and hooked it up again. "Ok this one is brand new, so it should work good." She said smiling, trying to comfort the nervous couple. "Ok, I'm picking up an image on the screen now. Are you ready to find out what your having?"
"Yes!" Robin and Regina said in unison.
"Your having a little boy! Congratulations!" She said grabbing Reginas hand and squeezing it. "We're having a little boy!" Regina said elated, as she started to cry out of joy. "We're having a boy!" Robin said back to her as he kissed her lips. "Hmm..." The doctor said inturupting them. "What? Is something wrong?" Regina asked, getting nervous again.
" well I can't seem to pick up a heart beat for some reason. It might just be the angle I'm at. Hold on.." Regina grabbed robins hand for dear life, and he could see fear in her eyes. "It's ok. Everything's gonna be ok." He said trying to calm her down, even though he was starting to get a bit frightened too. "Oh god. I'm so sorry. I hate giving news like this, especially to you guys, but I can't find a heartbeat." The doctor said giving them a sad look. "I'm so sorry Regina." She said giving her a comforting look. "I'll come back in a few minutes." She said as she left to give the couple some space. Robin was kind of frozen in place, like he couldn't believe what he just heard, as Regina was a different story. She was bawling. She had her arms around Robins neck, crying into his neck. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm so so sorry" she kept repeating into his ear as she cried even harder. "Shhh, Regina it's not your fault. You don't need to apologize. It's ok." He said kissing her head and wrapping his strong arms around her tighter. She started to hyperventilate. She was crying so hard, she couldn't breathe or speak. She was just shaking in his arms. She'd wanted a baby for so long, not being able to have one, and when she was able to have one, it didn't make it through the pregnancy. She grabbed onto Robin even harder then she already was, if that was even possible, like he was the only thing left in the world. "It's ok, we'll get though this together." He said as he kissed her head over and over again. "We were gonna paint his room blue" she said breaking the silence. "And now instead it's gonna continue to be the disgusting brown guest room." She said crying even harder now. "We can try again. Not anywhere near now, but in a little while, and we can have another baby." He said trying to calm her down a little more by running his hands through her hair. "Ok." Was her only response as she let him loose a little and she sat back onto the bed, rubbing her stomach. She looked back up at him one more time before saying, "We still need to name him."
"How about we name him Tyler"
"I love that name."

So that was kind of angesty but I'm gonna make this a multi chapter one so in the end it might not be so bad. So that finale though... Like what even. I'm gonna mention SPOILERS so if you don't want any turn the page. But the Roland and Zelena scene was adorable, but really, Regina couldn't say goodbye to the little munchkin?? That made me kind of mad. And the whole episode after the wish part I thought Gina wished for Robin To come back and I was waiting and waiting and waiting for him to appear and he never did. Not even in storybrooke. But I actually have a theory I think their gonna do that I'll upload later. Follow me on insta @outlaw_queenprincess for my reaction to the episode.
