Chapter one

Hi everyone! It's been a while, hasn't it? I've missed you. Ok let's pretend that doesn't sound creepy. So here's the long awaited 1st chapter of You're So Weird!

I snorted as I watched the newest video one of my favorite YouTubers, AmazingPhil, had just posted. I'd been sitting on YouTube for about, eh, a day.

What?

Don't judge me.

I have no life.

I mean, I would've done something, but I really couldn't.

See, my mom and my new step-dad, Matt, had just gotten married and were on their honeymoon, my best friend Lexii was visiting some of her family in Michigan, and my boyfriend Damon was at a concert with a couple friends. He had called me the night before, though.

"Are you sure you don't want to come?" He asked. I nodded but then I remembered he couldn't see me.

"Yeah, it's cool. Concerts aren't really my thing anyway." I said, looking for my laptop charger.

"Ok.." His voice trailed off.

"Don't worry, just go have fun!" I yelled, causing my voice to crack in the process. He laughed.

"Ok, I will. See you later, Stel." He said. I said bye and we hung up.

Honestly, Damon's the only one who's allowed to call me Stel. I always hated it when I was little if someone called me Stel, so I'm not sure why I let Damon call me that. It'll always be a mystery.

MY SHIP WENT DOWN, IN A SEA OF SOUND, WHEN I WOKE UP ALONE I HAD EVERYTHING, A HANDFUL OF MOMENTS...

All Time Low's song Therapy blared from my phone, snapping me out of my daze.

I looked at it.

Unknown Number

I hesitated and bit my lip. I always get paranoid when an unknown number calls me. Especially since I watched Scream...

I picked up.

"Hello?"

"Stella! It's Lexii! I got a new phone because my old one fell in the toilet!" Lexii's voice came through the phone.

"Well hello there my little awkward turtle." I said. She laughed.

"So what are you doing in a few hours? I'm getting on my plane in like two minutes." She said.

"Oh ya know, just watching Phil and surfing the Internet."

"Well I'm coming over. See you in a few hours, my band merch wearing bestito." And she hung up.

So I guess Lexii was coming over. I guess I could study until she got here. I clicked on a new tab and signed into my online college.

Yes, I was studying online. Mostly so I could be home with my family. Also because I don't like people.

So I studied, waiting for Lexii to show up.
