So for History/Social Studies we're writing songs related to either Federalists or Republicans back in the 1800s. You can make a song with Garage band or parody another song. My group chose to parody Empire State of Mind. Another group chose Never Gonna Give You Up so they could Rick-Roll the entire class, lol.

ANYWAYS we were making some lyrics, and we needed at least three quotes from people. We wanted to use "Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness" from Jefferson, so we were gonna put it in and me and one of my partners just starts singing under our breath "Life, liberty and the pursuit of hapiness, we fought for these ideals we shouldn't settle for less..." and we just began singing the entirety of Cabinet Battle #1 and it was just amazing.

On a side note I have to go to a Chorus concert tonight. The boy's chorus gets to sing the Pokemon theme song, Rainbow Connection and the melody to Bridge Over Troubled Water. Meanwhile, we get the harmony of that song, a sad as crap song called The Wayfaring Stranger and then three other songs in different languages such as: African, Latin and Russian. WHY?
