Attention

The kiss was rough; it completely took my breath away. I backed up and I was with my back against the wall. He put a hand on my cheek and the other on the wall for support. He began to kiss and suck on my neck and once in a while he would lightly bite it. He lifted his head up to meet my lip until something caught my attention...his face. His eyes were red and swollen and I could see the veins popping out all around them. He looked bruised from what I could see. 

“Damon, your face,” I said scared. “What happened?”Damon looked away from me. 

“Nothing, what are you talking about?” He looked back at me and his face was normal again. 

“But I saw it, your eyes they were...” 

“Jane, I think you’ve worked out too hard, maybe you should go to sleep.” 

I blinked and looked at him confused but nodded. He was probably right. 

“Yeah I think I should.” I said, putting my hand to my head. 

I headed for the door with Damon behind me. I opened the door and stepped aside so he could walk out. 

“Bye Damon,” I said smiling. 

Damon bent down and kissed me. “See Ya,” He whispered in my ear.
