The Final Chapter

"come on Lucy, pleasssssssssssssse" James wined as he pulled my arm like a small child whilst attempting to pull me off the sofa. "James, get off" I laughed as I tried to pull my arm away. "but whyyyyyyyy" he whined again. "Becauseeeee you know why, if Brad is there it will just be awkward for everyone and I will probably end up getting hurt because every time I am near him at the minute he always hurts me" James' face dropped. That may have been a little harsh because I know that Brad doesn't hurt me on purpose but it is still true. "you know Lucy, he doesn't do it on purpose, he does care" he spoke. I started at him and sighed. "I know" then there was a knock on the door. "that will be Con, why don't you just come to the concert, for me" he pulled the puppy dog eyes. "James I have seen you guys perform like a million times, but I will think about it! Now go on before you miss your own concert ok" I laughed as I started to push him out of the door. James open the door to see Connor doing a little dance. I am hoping it was to stop him from being cold because if not, that's just weird! "ok ok I'm going, bye" James kissed my cheek and ran out the door. Connor also gave me a little kiss on the cheek and left. Ok what shall I do now?

~ 2 hours later ~

I was half was through watching the notebook when there was another knock on the door. "WHO IS IT?" I yelled because yes I am that lazy that I couldn't be bothered to get up and answer it. "Yo Lucy get your arse off that sofa and get yourself looking presentable, we are going to the guys' concert." Laura yelled as she walked through the door, followed by Olivia. Why is everyone so bothered about me going to this concert? It will be just like all the others! Why is this one so special? "Erm I am half way through a film so I am not going anywhere but why is everyone so bothered about me going to this bloody concert?" I asked. I saw liv and Laura give each other a small glance and I knew that something was going on. "look we just want you to come" Liv smiled. "yeah well tell me why and then I might consider it" I smiled sarcastically as I pressed play on the tv remote. "not happening, you are coming to this concert and you can like it or lump it now move your arse before I do it for you!" Laura snapped as she walked over turned off my tv. This is really started to piss me off now! "you lot are really started to piss me off" I snapped as I jumped up off the sofa and stormed upstairs.

I was half was through doing my make up when I heard a faint knock on my bedroom door. "WHAT?" I snapped, thinking it would be Laura. "oh it's only me but it doesn't matter if your busy" Olivia spoke quietly as she popped her head around the door. "oh sorry Liv, I thought it was Laura, what's wrong?" I asked. "I was wondering if I could have your advice on something please?" she smiled awkwardly as she sat on my bed. I could tell that something was bothering her. "you know Connor well, do you?" she asked. I laughed at her question. "Yeah, I know him inside out, he is one of my best friends" "ok" she sighed. "Liv, what's going on? Has something happened with you two?" I asked. I hope they are ok. They seem like such a good match for each other, I hope everything is ok! We sat there in silent. I was just about speak when she spoke up. "I'm pregnant" WHAT? I sat there in complete shock. "OMG THAT IS SO AMAZING, I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU TWO!" I squealed as I jumped up and hugged her but she didn't seem too pleased. "no Lucy, you don't understand, we have only been going out for a few months! What if he doesn't want the baby, what if she doesn't want to be with me anymore I mean it could ruin everything!" I could he voice starting to break and tears well up in her yes. "omg are you joking? He will be over the moon! Who cares how long you have been going out, if you love him and he loves you, which I know he does, then have the baby!" it might be fast but it could be so great for them! "he won't be angry?"  does she know this boy at all? "angry, are you joking? He will he so happy! Now come on cheer up, this is amazing. I am so happy for you" I smiled as I hugged her tight. "thank you so much Lucy, I am so glad that I told you first, I knew you would help me" "of course" I smiled! Ok I'll leave you to carry on getting ready, bye" she smiled as she walked out of the door and closed it behind her. OMG I can't actually believe that Connor is going to be dad. Omg this means I get to be an aunty! YAY!!!!

About 40 minutes later I was completely ready to go to this bloody concert. I really didn't want to go but if it would get everyone off my back then I would. I had full face of make-up, my hair was straight and I had a cute black bowler hat on. Then I wore a black t-shirt, floral skater skirt and topped it off with my black, strappy wedges to finish the look. "you look really nice" liv smiled as I walked down the stairs. "she looks ok" Laura smiled jokingly. I ignored her comment. "well considering that I am being forced to go I thought I may as well make the effort!" I spoke sarcastically. I grabbed my car keys and we all headed out of the door!

When we finally arrived the concert I realised that it was nearly over. "guys the concert has nearly done, what was the point in coming?" I sighed. I was fed up now! The whole way here when I asked why I had to come they would both make up some lame excuse and change the subject. We parked up and got out the car. We ran inside because it was raining and us being the smart people we all forgot to bring an umbrella.

We pushed our way through all of the sweaty teenage girls in the VIP area that were screaming their lungs out to the boys. I even saw one girl crying. I didn't know if I found it cute or weird. I looked up at the boys and James smiled at me. Then Connor and Tris noticed that I was there and gave me a small wave. Normally they wouldn't be that happy to see me. Something was going on. I was going to ask them but then Brad caught my eye. We made direct contact and my whole body froze. He was dripping with sweat but still somehow still looked so gorgeous. My eyes were melting into his and liv broke my stare.  "hey Luc, could you go get me a bottle of water please" I was too engrossed in Brad to say no, my thoughts weren't straight so I agreed and left the concert area. When I got out I realised. Why couldn't she get it herself? lazy child!

"£2.00 please love" the cashier smiled as I handed him the money. I was about to walk back into the concert when someone called my name. I turned around to see joe. "oh hi, I haven't seen you in ages" I smiled as I hugged him. "I know; listen could you do me favour please?" he asked. "Yeah sure, anything" I smiled. "well James asked me earlier that if I saw you, would go back stage because he wants to talk to you about something when he has few minutes off stage" he asked. "yeah course, how did he even know I would come?" I asked. "well he has had liv and Laura on your case hasn't he?" he laughed. "true" I agreed and as I headed off backstage.

"Lucy" I heard Fin beam and he walked up and gave me a hug. "hey Fin" I smiled as I gave him a hug. "is it ok if I wait here, James want to talk to me or something" I smiled. "yeah sure, look I got to go but I'll see you later" he gave me another quick hug and headed off. I leant again the wall watching some of my favourite people in the world do the thing they love. When I actually think about it, I am so proud of them all!

When they finished singing wild heart they stopped playing. Brad and Connor were talking to the crowd whilst James and Tris ran off back stage to me. "why did you make me come over here, I was fine where I was" I asked James. They didn't give me an answer. They next thing I knew, Tris had swept me off my feet and was running on stage with me which James following and laughing. "GET OFF ME NOW" I screamed as I fling my arms and legs around. When Tris finally put me down I hit him and James. Then it dawned on me. I was on stage with thousands of fans staring at me. This wasn't going to end well. "Erm hi" I spoke awkwardly into the crowd. I could hear all the guys laughing. I was staring into the crowd when brad touched my shoulder. "Lucy" he spoke. I turned and looked at him. I could see the fear in his eyes. It was the same look he gave me on that very first date we had, when he asked me to be his girlfriend! "brad what's going on? Why am I here?" I asked. My voice was shaking and my knees were going weak. "Shhhh just watch, please?" he pointed to the large screen.

My eyes zoned onto the screen. [A/N watch video at the start] it was us. All our videos, pictures, memories all out into one for everyone to see. I my eyes to tear up. Maybe he was sorry? Once the video ended he looked at me. All of the fear and emotion in his eyes. "I am so so so so so sorry for everything that I put you through. I know that I can never repair all of the damage and hurt that I caused you but I really want to try, so Lucy I just have on question for you...." He took a deep breath.
