(Song he wrote for her above)

He finished the song and I couldn't stop smiling. "I can't believe you wrote that for me. I love you." I throw myself at him and press my lips to his.

He took the guitar from in between us and laid it on the floor never breaking our kiss. He pulled me on top of him so I was straddling him and laid down on the bed.

We were getting quite heated when his dad interrupted us. "Dinner!" he yelled out which earned a groan from Ross. We both pulled away out of breath and with a smile on our faces.

"Ready?" he asks. "Nope." I giggled and he frowned. "Why not?"

"Because you have my lipstick smeared all over you." I lick the pad of my thumb and try to take as much of it off his face.

"Do you have a mirror?" I ask fixing his hair a little. "In the bathroom, it's down the hall to the left." He smiles. I nod my head and walk to the bathroom.

I open the door to the bathroom and smile at how well-decorated it is. I retouched my makeup a little and then went back to Ross's room to see he was on his phone. When I enter the room he looks up at me stands up, grabs my hand and we walk downstairs to the dining room.

I sit down next to Ross and Rydel in between me and Ryland, Rocky, and Riker in front of me.

"Ashley, do you have any interests or goals?" Mark asks while putting the fork full of spaghetti in his mouth.

"Well, I think my main goal at the moment is to get into Stanford University but I want to get into criminal justice as a career, like my parents," I say nervously.

While talking I felt a pair of eyes on me and they weren't Ross. "Wow, Stanford. That's impressive." He says and I give him a small smile. "thank you."

We picked up the conversation and while I was having a conversation with Rydel, Ross' older sister, I felt a hand on my thigh squeezing it. I look up at Ross and he smiles kissing my cheek. "You're doing great." He whispers in my ear.

"Thank you," I whisper back smiling.

After everyone finished eating they all got to know me a little more and then I had to go home. I exchanged numbers with Rydel because we planned to hang out soon. She's so sweet I can't believe I was scared of meeting her.

We were now driving to my house. "Did you have fun babe?" Ross asks me squeezing my thigh. "Yeah, your family is nice and welcoming. I did however feel a bit uncomfortable because your brother Rocky kept staring at me." I say whispering the last part because I know he'd get mad.

"I'll talk with him, nobody is gonna look at my girlfriend in any way except for me." He says stopping in front of my house and looking at me. "Alright, bad boy." I roll my eyes playfully. "I'm serious." He says as we both get out of the car and he walks me to the front door of my house. "I am too," I say wrapping my arms around him.

"I love you." He smiles brightly and I can't help but feel the butterflies erupt in my stomach. "I love you," I say before my lips are captured for a kiss. "I'll see you tomorrow." He mumbles as he pulls away. "M'kay," I say biting my lip. "Text me when you get home," I say softly. "I will." He nods and pecks my lips. All of a sudden it started pouring rain, I pulled away and giggled a little.

"Bye," I say opening the door and blowing him a kiss. "Bye, my love." He says back and jogs back to his car.

~the next day~

I was walking to my locker to meet up with everyone as usual when I saw Mackenzie and Ross talking. She reached for his cheek but he didn't jerk away.

I was about to go up to them when I saw Jocelyn and Andy walking towards them making Mackenzie roll her eyes and leave.

Once she is out of sight I casually walk towards them. "Hey, guys." I smile not bothering to look at him.

"Hey, Ash." Andy greets me and Jocelyn gives me a small smile. "Why are you guys acting so strange?" I ask playing dumb.

"Nothing!" Ross answers before anyone can speak. "Are you sure?" I lift an eyebrow and cross my arms. He looks at Andy and Jocelyn and takes a big breath. "I'd rather we talk about it later." I nod my head grab my books from my locker and walk to class not even bothering to wait for Ross.

Jocelyn and Andy walked their separate ways because they didn't have a class with us.

"Babe, hold up!" Ross ran to me pulling me to him. "What?!" I say harshly. "Why did you walk away like that?"

"Because I have to get to class and I saw you and Mackenzie caressing your cheek, you didn't even try jerking away considering you have a girlfriend that you said you loved not 24 hours ago," I say trying to get out of his grip.

"Babe, nothing happened, I swear. You're the only girl I want, you know that."

"Did you two kiss?" I ask ignoring what he just said. "What?" He asks confused. "Answer the question. Did you and Mackenzie kiss?" I ask again dryly. "No, we didn't kiss, why the fuck would I do that?." I nodded my head and got off his grip walking to class without saying another word.

When I got there Savannah was at our table finishing a book report she wasn't here for. Huh, no wonder she wasn't at our locker this morning. I sit down and she looks up smiling. "Hey." She says writing her last few sentences. "Hi," I mumble sitting in my seat.

She walks towards Mr.Burns handing her book report in and then looks at me narrowing her eyes.

"Are you okay? You seem upset." I shake my head sighing and pulling at my roots. "I saw Ross and Mackenzie together this morning and that ticked me off. Do you think I'm overreacting?"

"Oh, no you're not. Do you know what they were doing together?" She asks. "No, but I'm sure she was flirting with him like always," I say and roll my eyes, getting angrier at the thought. "Speaking of the devil." She says and looks in the direction of the door where Mackenzie and Ross come in at the same time.

He looks at me and I roll my eyes looking away. He sits in his seat which is in the back of me and Mackenzie like the clingy whore is sitting next to him.
